Didn't actually pull twice.. First one was just feeling position and second was the actual pull.. Can clearly see the difference in dynamics between the two 'pulls' as the arms throw forward and clear of the opening rigging lines on the second.

The timing of his push off the bike at the end of the ramp was perfect.
This isn't a great stunt, it's a ok stunt, the guy who skied of a mountain and then pulled his shute in the James Bond movie "The spy who loved me" is truly a GREAT stunt.
