Omega are not screw down pushers... just push them, even under water

I really like the look of the Omega dial, but the thickness is a bit much!

Both are nice pieces. As you know, I own an SMP 300 blue. That being said,I just don’t think the chronograph looks as good blending in with that, but to each their own . Out of these two, I’ll pick the Breitling. And the blue color is stunning as well.

Just out of interest, making that decision were you aware the Breitling is rocking a Valjoux 7750? Very basic whilst historically heralded chronograph mechanism. By comparison, the Omegas 9900 calibre is light years better.

What is the practicality of having a chronograph on a dive watch?

Hi Brad and watch nerds, these are both nice, but totally bonkers... I mean, you've got 3 case holes there (OK, 3.5 with the Omega HR valve) and you want to DIVE with them?
If you're going to dive with them at least let's have screw down pushers as well as the crown (like the Omega). It's a sterile comparison for me though as they're both far too big. Gorgeous, but big... Have a good weekend folks, cheers, Bob 🍻 Oh, and I think that the Omega beats the Brietling here...
