Hi Heather, I'm glad Unearthly Cosmetics got wise to your effective "influencing." You've been making great content all year and since I subscribed last year. Actually, your videos and replies in the comments are the reason I decided to give Unearthly another chance after swearing them off for a long time for customer service and order fulfillment problems. Uneartthly's palette color stories and lip colors, etc. have always been ideal for my tastes but I needed to hear that they had improved their fulfillment processes before I went back! Congratulations.

This palette is hot 🔥 🥵 😍 i actually got sent some free brushes from Rephr when they released the synthetic brushes, I'd ordered them and then got a refund notification from my PayPal, so i got in touch with customers services and i got an email back from Tom and he said we want you to have the brushes for free because he had seen that I've been a customer for years and i filled out all my feed back forms, I'd also unloaded a short video to the site and he watched it. I'll be honest i actually cried, i couldn't believe it. So i no how it feels to be noticed 😊

It looks *SO * fire-y!!❤🔥🔥I love true reds (tho use them more in the fall). Congratulations on Unearthly PR 😊 I have all the Unearthly palettes in this layout, but besides the Don't be Jelly, I do not use them. It is not due to quality, I ordered the Devour eyeshadow palette on the pre-order, and because of mess up, I got it late February! Sad because I really wanted Devour and to this day I have never used it, sad because Unearthly has great colorstories. This long delay just pushed me more into using Ensley Reign, adept, and BBB more than Unearthly. Unearthly artwork is stunning, but this will be a pass for 2 reasons, I am not into warm tones, and I just do not reach for my Unearthly eyeshadow palettes.
