I'm about a year too late for this, but the log flume canal reminded me of one of my own Electric Bastionland ideas - log flume/water chute-like sewer systems from a classier district of the city atop a hill, into the less classy areas around it. Perfect for getting waste away at great speeds, but also perfect for a quick escape (I'm aware I need a third thing to make it extra perfect - perhaps the log flume system is the equivalent of the underground mail systems in London, allowing messages/messengers to be dispatched at haste).
Love your process. Love your book. Played once as player. Will GM soon. Would you have a single Borough for a campaign or many? I plan on having a single. But I also like the idea of not getting too attached to crazy random improvised ideas that I need to keep alive in a campaign (which wouldn't be a problem if we moved around to different boroughs), hmm
For a oneshot a single Borough is definitely enough. For a longer campaign maybe flesh one out to start with but have loose ideas for a couple of neighbouring boroughs you can dip into later.
Congrats on your wonderful game. a little doubt (because I'm a RPG novice): when I prepare an adventure, should I create the map of all the regions (bastion, deep province, underground) or just the region where I put the treasure? Thank you
do i have to show the bastion subway map in full to the players right away? can they look at it like travelers would look at it while consulting the subway lines? thank you
"This is Bastion so of course this is the way it's layed out."

I think it's up to you, if you feel like it, why not. To be honest that sounds creatively fun though, and you're also more prepared

Entirely up to you. I think both are fun in their own way.
What do you mean by zipwire? Like a ski lift?
Maybe you call it zipline?
Like a long wire you hang from than slide along
Haha prude blockade! This is a very fun and creative process
Is there only one bastionland at a time?
What software are you using?
