The song is a banger, which is buried in the movie production sound layers. And the Dominic Fike rap part is CUT short in the MV! Another thing. So far, the new Jennie songs are all Buddhist-themed. Mantra, obviously. Zen. Natch. And with this tune, the concept of rebirth, where we keep living and dying still making the same mistakes. And never learning from them. And, think about it, the album is called Ruby. In Buddhism, rubies symbolise wisdom and compassion, and are often associated with the heart. They are commonly used in statues of Amitabha Buddha, the Buddha of Infinite Light.

I mean, they both had the same directors but aside from that and the superficial similarities, both MVs are completely different. Yeah they share themes of love but that's about it. JK's was about loving and giving themselves to someone 24/7 whereas Jennie's is about dying to a (toxic) repeated love.
