Brilliant. And could you also access the foglamp when you'd removed the headlamp unit? I replaced my two foglamps with DRL LEDs today from underneath today and the nearside one was virtually impossible, but I got there eventually. It might have been much easier to do it from above if I'd known how easy it would be to remove the headlamp unit.

Am pretty sure you have to do them from the bottom

But have a look and maybe you can access them via the top

@@TEAMR4ULTV I've now checked this and, once you get the hang of removing the headlight, the foglight is easily visible and accessible from above. I would recommend this method for the nearside (UK - or left hand side as viewed by the driver) fitting, but for the offside (UK driver's side) it's probably easier to access from below because the washer bottle makes it difficult to get your hand down through the gap even though the foglight is quite visible.

You don't actually have to remove the 10mm nut out of the trim, with care you can remove the lamp cluster without disturbing the trim.

Thanks for the upload - videos like these really are Gold. However, on my MK3-Mondeo 2,5 V6 I had to remove the headlights too to replace the bulbs. But on the Mondeo I just had to remove two pins to free the headlight-unit. This seems far more complicated even though of course it is not rocket science.

I REMOVED TWO SCREWS AND UNFORTUNATELY THE LAMP IS STICKLY STICKED TO THE TOP. I CAN'T TAKE IT OUT.
