Really learning a lot from you. Very entertaining. I'll consider lining up my buildings like you have for efficiency and minimal handling. Especially like the rollers! Hey, I'm over seventy. Thanks and good camera work!
I love to see you guys having so much fun with all your stuff around, even while making this video. I guess i saw almost 100 milling videos in the last two years but you guys are unchallenged Nr.1... That all makes much sense to me - apart from burning your working table by yourself 😛 You guys are a big inspiration for me.. Thanks for that and warm regards from a german carpenter and a brother in spirit...
My Favorite Brother from Germany! Hope all is good, we think you are #1 also! Gonna try not to burn the new one, sometimes I get a little aggressive! See ya soon My Man 🤠👍
Hey Guy! Thanks for showing the yard! Great video! I'm at this stage now and am always open to ideas and better ways of doing things. The assembly area is genius. Now, could you do a video on how to acquire a Jay? Those seem to be in short supply in my area. Great work! Sharek
Glad you liked it! But Hey you’re gonna need to find your own J! Short supply here to I think everywhere that’s why we only Two Guys! J has been with me on and off for Twenty years. This time I am sure it’s for good!
Another amazing video guys. Thanks for sharing your Timber Town. This video went into the saved folder. As soon as I milled the timbers and lumber for my ground mount solar I’ll be starting on the sawmill shed. I have snow and wind here in PA , any suggestions on modifications mainly keeping the saw head dry. Thanks have a great day
Thank You Buddy. You don’t know how much that means to me! I used the trees behind my mill not only as a Sun Break it’s also a Wind Break. The lake is in the other side of those trees. So when we do have a good storm and the wind is blowing it works as a wind break as well. We would be happy to help you design one fit just for you and your situation and equipment you have. And really how much sawing you do or want to do. Thanks for Watching!
@@TwoGuysTimberframing I might take you up on that. I have a Frontier OS31. This will be my first time attempting timber framing. I have a RUclips channel also, it’s more than sawmilling though. Thanks again
I'm in central BC fairly new to milling and don't have access to hardwoods, but I have some pretty stout Fir on my place. Do you think the fir would be a good timber in place of oak? I for sure need to get a roof over my mill, winter is just too long here not to be working. Loved the video, you're an inspiration for this old man to get off my duff and outside working. Thanks.
Absolutely Fir is a great wood to work with and it’s strong. I have More oak then anything which is why I use it a lot. You can do it! Will be Perfect. Thanks for watching! 🤠👍
Awesome! Do you offer on-site educational boot-camps? I bet people would pay you for on-site training like "City Slickers" but, rather than horses you teach Amish home building from scratch.
Great place!!
Thanks Pete!
This channel will have 100K subs in no time.
I Like What Your Saying! Thank You!🤠🙏

How far in the ground is the corner tree post?
All of the posts are on Concrete piers with a rebar drilled up the middle.
Thanks for watching!🤠👍
I gotta ask, are these timbers just set in concrete? How deep?
No they are sitting up on concrete piers. 🤠👍
