I know about Cedric, but really he was a bit of a side character. While he was pretty important to Goblet of Fire (and also Cursed Child) he wasn't really a main character,so it makes me happy that Newt is a main character and a Hufflepuff

Before watching the crimes of grindelwald I heard that it got alot of hate which made me extremely curious to watch it after watching the first movie and after I have finished watching the crimes of grindelwald I was like" hang on a second why do people hate it I mean how? it was fun seeing hogwarts, young dumbledore , young grindelwald and above all newt awkwardness 😂🤣🤣".

I watched this movie a lot of times (very a lot of times) and although I understand what most of people "have" towards this movie, I still think that most of their accusations towards it make no sense at all.

I think Newt Scamander, along with Prof. Sprout, are the closest we will ever get to seeing druids in the Harry Potter world. Neville, while talented with plants, never really showed it off to the level of the two. Harry has some promise due to his interactions with magical creatures, but he never focuses on it. Which is a crying shame, because if he had learned to go that route, he could've learned to do the most primal form of magic. Instead of using a wand, his entire body becomes that focus point.
I am trying to find HP fanfics that touched into that druid aspect, or any other form of unorthodox magic. So far, the only good one I've found is "Druid of Holly and Yew". Any suggestions?
