My first Dual is this same model. Bought it new through a friend of my dad 50 years ago. It came with a Shure M91ED cartridge. I still have the turntable. I see that the 2 black plastic hinges for the dust cover are missing. It is very hard to find replacement hinges, and they are expensive if located. Not one of Dual's better ideas on these plastic hinges as they are easy to crack apart if dust cover weight is allowed to weigh against them when dust cover is up.

I own my Dads 1215S, purchased in 1971. Also have a second. Then a 1216 I bought used in 1980. Just like the 1215S. Great tables.
I have one and it won’t quit spinning. I have to unplug it for it to work. The tone arm won’t automatically work either
