Thanks Brett, it’s been a pretty good end to the growing season. I had no beba on this particular tree due to the late frost, but really happy to harvest some jammy, sweet main crop 🙌🏾
@@joestropicals6760 I am not entirely sure as both of our figs were already planted. I think that one of them is Mission Fig. Yes, it is great to be able to grow your own fruits!
@@joestropicals6760 I have a few different varieties in pots (about 10 varieties last time I checked), but they are all quite small so only a couple have tried to fruit yet. I want to plant one or two of them in the ground eventually, I just want to see which performs the best in my location first. Although your multi-grafted tree has made me wonder if I should try that eventually.
Congratulations on such a huge harvest Joe
Thank you my friend🙌🏾 a great end to the season 😀
that's an amazing amount of main crop figs on the tree Joe, very impressive.

Wow, it’s great that you’re still able to harvest ripe main crop figs here Joe 👍
Hi Peter, yes I’m really chuffed to still be harvesting ripe figs in October. There are a few good varieties that do well in our climate
