All the branches of the military were honored by playing their song and recognizing those men and women who served in each branch. Very touching. Today, the fourth, I stayed inside, out of the smoke from fires burning in Canada and in Michigan and smoke from fireworks. I can hear them all around me. My holiday meal was a Lean Cuisine baked chicken dinner. 😅😊🎉

Up in Washington State they give away plastic scratch tools for scratchers. They’re free and they can be put on a key chain so you always have one with you. Next time I’m up there I’ll grab a few and send you some.

We only get them 3-4 times a year, and only once close enough to my house that if I stand on the roof I can see the big ones but even then they last for a maximum of 20 minutes. We can’t just buy them here like you can though, I wish we could I’d love to let one off at the beach or somewhere open would be pretty cool. I’ll give him a bird on the beach on Saturday from ya

Congrats on the winners and on 800 subs. I had to work on the 4th overnight, and missed our city's fireworks display. Here in Corpus Christi, TX fireworks are illegal in the city, especially since its been very hot and dry.

Yes ma'am there are so many loss treasures here it's crazy. I found 1 of Buch Cassidy hidden cabins in the mountains and metal detected around it and found some gold dust in a burlap sack bag. I was so excited and happy 😁. But some meth heads broke into my house while I was in the hospital and stole everything. I've got a big bucket list. My main one tho is the old Spanish trail from Santa Fe, New Mexico thru Utah. Thats next year also besides going looking for black beards treasure 😜 🪙 lol. I hope you have a great week 😊

Watched my 2 cousins ride in the Grants, NM rodeo Jasen rides bareback bronks and Clark rides saddle bronks. They are both over 50 years old. Watched the parade here in Mt. Pleasant UT. and later will watch the fireworks in the park.

When I visited early May (2018) it didn’t set until 9.30ish and that really blew my mind, in summer here the absolute latest it would set for us is 7.30ish but generally around 7 in the heart of summer. It’s winter now and it’s setting around 5.45-6pm! Sucks! Hopefully you’ll get to see some fireworks and the clouds disappear 🤞🏼
Yes, up here, they say land of the midnight sun. This time of year it's daylight 19-20 hours. Now in the winter we are dark alot, with the sun only peaking for a few hours! It takes some getting used to!!

Don't know how it's gonna go for fireworks, it's real cloudy out and looks like it's going to rain, and sunset isn't until 11:38 here in Alaska! It's just 3:45 pm here now.

When I visited early May (2018) it didn’t set until 9.30ish and that really blew my mind, in summer here the absolute latest it would set for us is 7.30ish but generally around 7 in the heart of summer. It’s winter now and it’s setting around 5.45-6pm! Sucks! Hopefully you’ll get to see some fireworks and the clouds disappear 🤞🏼
Yes, up here, they say land of the midnight sun. This time of year it's daylight 19-20 hours. Now in the winter we are dark alot, with the sun only peaking for a few hours! It takes some getting used to!!
