How to Make 2 in 1 Bag (Shoulder bag to Backpack), DIY Convertible Bag Tutorial

This bag is a 2 in 1 bag, can be used as a shoulder bag or backpack.
Inside the bag there is a zipper pocket in the middle of the bag which divides the bag into 2 spaces.
The size of this bag is 36 x 10 x 38 cm (length x width x height)
Material
Outer fabric: Imported canvas without interfacing
Inner fabric: Cordura
Bag Straps:
2 pcs of 2.5 cm webbing with 1 meter long each
2 pcs buckle straps
2 pieces of Ring O, 4 cm in size
2 pieces of synthetic leather for O-ring hooks and rivets
Bag Cover:
3 magnetic buttons
