Just go to a Hispanic grocery store they have the good cinnamon sticks. Mexico get 99 percent sir lanka cinnamon only, the people drink ☕️ cinnamon tea 🫖 all year long.

It is dire shame that in most countries we see cassia being labelled as cinnamon first. Ceylon cinnamon has more favour and is not spicy even to the most sensitive mouth
It's so so so sad that the younger generations don't want to keep up or learn the old ways. Out of all the old ways I think natural food and medicine are the most important things to keep going When it comes to culture it's so Important. The all these processed foods that are Poison that they're calling food and giving to us and our children is destroying humanity. This world is doomed. Its easy to identify ceylon cinnamon . There are endless tutes on youtube to help the end consumer . But this identification is possible only in stick form not powder .
