    Thanks for sharing.. I have to use 4 of these motors in a Halloween prop I'm building and I haven't been able to get them to move fast enough. I think I can do it now with the help you provided here. Thank you for being brave enough to open one of these and showing what it can do without the gear reducers!

      Your welcome. Do keep in mind that the rotor shaft is not bound by anything so it can come off If you turn it upside down or if you shake it

    Hey so I think you can reach faster speeds by reducing the delay. I was able to get the motor to turn with delayMicroseconds(900) for a full rotation. Do you have any suggestions for a small quiet motor with decent torque(1Ncm) and high rpm(200)? It doesn't have to be a stepper. Thanks!

      I don't have a Specific model but you could look into geared dc motor.

    too much load there. that is a big wheel on top of it. there is another video here where he drives without any load and that is quite fast like 5000 rpm( I did with l293n very very fast and cant hold the motor- 12 volts can go 12000 rpm. yet to test!) are better and they should have produced with no gear and only center shaft.
