【MOTHER 3】Rootin, Tootin, Cowboy Shootin'

I've finally been strong armed into starting Mother 3, as it was requested by Artie2D using 20k channel points on Twitch!
I know a little bit about what I'm getting into. RPG with some rhythm mechanics, and the main cast, if I'm right, is cowboy dad, Lucas, a dog, and some pink-ish haired girl. There's a snake rope, childhood trauma, a couple people die, and I think there are pigs at some point? And they're like, capitalists? Dinosaurs? I remember seeing a screenshot of a dinosaur.
As a bonus, after completing the first chapter, I will be playing a Mario Maker level Artie made based on the first chapter of the game, and we'll see if I can understand the references. Fair warning: It is apparently not a very good Mario Maker level.
