I truly wonder how common it is for people to come to this conclusion. Once you get it, it's pretty logical and straightforward, but I don't see many people acting as if they knew this.

This... is very important. I have learned this myself a few years ago when I experienced a lot of hardship, and that was and will be one of the greatest fights in my life I have ever won. Now I'm facing another, more severe hardship that was caused by my own anxiety, and if I hadn't learned this before, I don't think I would be able to survive. I wavered, and hurt myself mentally, but I'm here now, and no matter how bleak things are, no matter how many mistakes I make and how much harship I will go through, I will fight. That's about the only thing I promise. To those I love, and to myself.
