best advice is crosshair placement, pre-aim, pre-fire so map knowledge yprac mirage, vertigo and more maps, good spray aimbotz recoil master or smthing like that. when you’ve mastered all of that then I suggest playing dm’s with deagle like 50+ kills and I strongly recommend not just spraying but tapping at the head and it’s not a match where you need to win the round you’re practicing also you should play dms everyday for about 1/3 of your play time daily and after like 20-30 days you’ll see big improvements also for clutching its good to play retake servers where some players are better than you

Can you try to make a video suited for high-level gameplay, and no I'm not talking about global elite because that is still low-level gameplay, but around 3k elo faceit and up? Use Pareto's analysis on your situation -> as 80% of results are cause by 20% of imputs, if you are able to find out all problems you made and how much problem they caused, you can focus on those most important and let those less important to be fixed later. + You may get habbit of not doing those importnat mistakes early on. + You can get a habbit of knowing what you would like to do/to be done, so you can do it in your next games when similar situation appears again.
For me personally - I am screaming to myself almost every time "Hit your damn shots !!" :D
