I had problems with the automatic buttonholer when using a thicker fabric on a coat I was making. I had to unpick the stitches and use the C foot and guide it myself because it kept getting stuck.

Your solution sounds good. On thick material you may need to reduce the pressure on the presser foot.

I’m facing trouble with my machine sewing by itself when I turn it on how can I fix this

Two possibilities come to mind: the foot control is sticking, or the sensor that stops the needle in the correct position needs adjustment. Can you bring it in to troubleshoot your problem.

Yes this is great for doing leather it even comes with an H foot that slides easily on leather and vinyl.
