I use a pillow underneath because I like my head elevated. The pillows are holding up great. I've had them about a year now. The filling is really sofa. I'm a "warm" sleeper and no issues with being too warm either. I do fluff my pillows every day when I make my bed and they fill up beautifully each time, just like in the video. I also left all the filling in b/c I like a "fluffyer" pillow. Bottom line, I love them! Hope this was helpful. :)
@@mmarin2587 Mine are holding up very well. I haven't had a headache in the morning from not feeling supported since I switched. It took a couple of days to get accustomed to them, but so far, two thumbs way up from me!
