Been visiting the Bonchurch / Ventnor / St Lawrence area for many, many years, so enjoy watching your walks when I can’t be there in person!

I loveVentnor Bonchurch Wheelers Bay. It was the first town I ever lived in on the island. Subtropical environment.
    Have a Great day

People love to see how others live, especially if you are a bit of a nonconformist. I love the walks, because I can't walk any more, I'm 81 and struggling healthwise, so you help a lot with distraction.

hi there once again. Earlier in the year you did mention branching out beyond Ventnor and the undercliff to places east and far west of the island. I presume this has not happened because of the need to write and your other commitments in the West country - totally understandable if a little disapointing as an IOW ex-resident, because no one else seems to be doing anything to highlight the painfully beautiful landscape, faura and fauna of such a unique area of the British Isles. I am still happy to keep providing funds, as and when my finances permit, but when you go to the Far East next year (love Chiang Mai, especially the giant cockroaches that adorn the walls down by the river at night!), are you there to still give us dispatches about the wild life or something else?

Hey Mike - great to hear from you. I'll definitely be doing more videos from elsewhere on the island as soon as I've finished off a project I've been working on in north Dorset. If I do manage to get away to SE Asia i'll be vlogging daily about wildlife, history (love Angkor etc) and digital nomadism. Really hope you'll stay tuned to that non island stuff but i'll still be on the island each spring-summer-autumn. Thanks for all your support: the OSMO Pocket 3 is an absolute treat 😊

of course I will stay tuned - I love South East Asia. I worked for several years as the IT director for a travel insurance broker in West Sussex and, across the road from us was a pub that doubled as a Thai restaurant - I have so many stories to tell about that time but the overriding effect was a love of Thai food, which led me to visit Thailand several times - Bangkok, Chaing Mai, staying with a hill tribe in the North, and down South staying in a floating village on a lake. I should probably document that period of my life before I, er, forget it all ... whatever it was .... Keep up the good work.
