Wow, what honest lyrics. So brave to record such a personal story. 👍
The real songs like this that need distribution will never get it because the music industry is full of sick child abusers. This is one of the most incredible ARTISTS of the 21st Century!
This is the most beautiful song I’ve ever heard. I mean that. Thank you. Gives me the same vibes as “nothing left to lose” by the pretty reckless.
Omg so right!
This is BIG !
This is so beautiful... So beautifully sad.
Wow!
Wow! I'm quiet that I'm not the only one excited about your creation....=D...
wow, very powerful
People certainly associate the reactions to the entertainment with the people they are entertained for and lack of sharing the inner person results in lack of deeply caring.
as a woman I can relate VERY hard to this song :/
Same
I love ur songs
Lauren Tate wow your are really most beautiful female RUclips
Quite together for fifteen--sorry this didn't work out!
Geronimo122 I think maybe you missed the whole point...
@@evymorgan2309 Indeed, do tell...
Geronimo122 This was not a positive experience at all for the girl (I don’t believe it’s about Lauren herself, but it could be). We should be glad it didn’t work out, since no adult man should be with a minor. It’s especially predatory since she’s writing about a musician, someone who often has young female fans in love with him and is wrong to take advantage of that.
@@evymorgan2309 Well said, Evy-- thanks. Yes, the song's quite clear about the girl's devastating experience. The "didn't work out" part was probably a little too subtle. Just sarcastically reacting to the whole arrangement, but especially the sequence on the guy's doorstep, where he brutally disavows her, AND we also learn he's married. That'd be a hard hit...at any age. Lauren is superbly expressive-- great art!
By the way, while I'm at it, and just for what its worth... It turns out that the last three instances here in SoCal where school teachers were caught engaging in "extra-curricular" activities with their minor students... all of them involved adult female teachers. All three women are now out of a job and in jail.
