    Thanks boys, this is great! I've been doing clams totally wrong. I have 0 glute muscle and really want to build my legs, this will be great to activate my dead glutes

    The lock clam is great but note that Zach’s form isn’t correct for the classic clam, that’s why it’s not working for him. If his hips are perpendicular to the floor and he isn’t twisting his torso back like that the classic clam works just fine, it just requires concentration to iso the glute. Lock version makes that easier. I do both, tbh.

    I have 2 buldging disk and did legs yesterday on rhino. Today I can barely walk cause my back wants to give out🙄 I put belt lower for the same reason but belt putting lots of pressure on spine as a squat down. I think the belt squat is making my back worst😪
