That's true, us old timers who grew up watching dragon ball, and dragon ball z, and gt and the other anime of the 80s,90s,and early 2000s remember them fondly and I'm not saying new anime is bad, some us do enjoy them but it's not the same as it was before. My theory is that when master roshi felt like his duty was done and felt it was time to move on, his immortality stopped taking effect. Maybe the people that get that immortality can inadvertently chose to die when they reach a certain age
As sad as it is, I'm glad he went out with a smile and having fun one last time, I'm sure it was depressing seeing everyone he once knew, trained, and live with just....gone. The ending was pretty spot on... It's not his era anymore, even though this isn't cannon (not that I care what's cannon and what's not), may he have forever eternal happiness in other world with the family he lived with 💜✊
Honestly, it'll be better to just end the series then keep going forever quality will start to decline, take example of family guy, the Simpsons, they used to be funny, original but after running for like 30 years it just isn't as good or as fun anymore. It's best to end a show at a good note.

Master Roshi is easily one of the most important characters in the entire series like if Goku and Krillin didn’t learn the Kamehameha they won’t teach the others how to do it which would lead them to learning another move
i started as a child back in thedays when the very first episode aired in germany. since then, inever missed one, even more i saw them all at least twice. if there ever was a tribute to this old beloved pervert, than this is it. my heart fell apart and my eyes were overstreamed with tears. this was more then heart touching. this was a glorious goodbye to a beloved friend of my childhood.

I always loved AF more than Super, for this specific reasons - Toyble gave us some closer to character arcs that Toriyama left open. I feel Master Roshi was the most important person Goku met in his life. Those who didn't watch original DB can't possibly relate to it because Roshi didn't have much of work there. Master Roshi is easily one of the most important characters in the entire series like if Goku and Krillin didn’t learn the Kamehameha they won’t teach the others how to do it which would lead them to learning another move

i started as a child back in thedays when the very first episode aired in germany. since then, inever missed one, even more i saw them all at least twice. if there ever was a tribute to this old beloved pervert, than this is it. my heart fell apart and my eyes were overstreamed with tears. this was more then heart touching. this was a glorious goodbye to a beloved friend of my childhood.

I always loved AF more than Super, for this specific reasons - Toyble gave us some closer to character arcs that Toriyama left open. In regards to the video, this video was amazingly done, I love your content Rising Fist and this made me tear up so hard.
