Yes, you can carry a rice cooker in your carry-on and check-in luggage. Try to keep it in its original packaging for that extra safety and cushion it with some clothes and other soft materials for support.

If it's mentioned as mandate in the website then please follow the instructions. And your luggage will be checked through your transit, you do t have to worry about it.

If you are allowed to carry 40kg and 2 PC of luggage then divide your load not more than 23kg in each suitcase.
Mostly when you have a connecting international flight, your checked luggage is transferred by the airline itself. However, any info about your checked baggage will be announced on your flight to Delhi. So listen to it and take steps as required. If you are still not sure, ask a flight attendant before you land. When you book an international ticket and you don't have a direct flight from your place, you are given a combination of domestic+international flight. In such situation your luggage allowance is same throughout the journey

For the third piece of luggage, which is a quilt in your case may be charged separately at the airport as Indigo allows only 2 piece of luggage for per person.

I'm a international student i have booked my international flight from dallas to delhi i need to book from delhi to hyd were as in interntaional i have 7*23*23 i dono how much will be extra to buy for bags for delhi to hyd
My suggestion is from next time try to book flight tickets from your origin to destination place at once. For example if your chosen route is from Dallas to Hyd, book for the same. On the airline website you will get the breakup flight if there is no direct flight. In that way you dont have to think about international and domestic luggage as it will be completely covered under the international luggage allowance.
Now coming to your query, in domestic flight you will be allowed to carry 7*15kg of luggage for free. and for the additional weight, you can prebook your extra luggage and get discount on the total price.

if you plan to stay in New Delhi and take a domestic flight thereafter, you will be allowed to carry 15kg check-in and 7kg hand luggage which is standard weight permissible in domestic flights. But if you are flying at a stretch and you have a halt or change of flight in New Delhi then you will be allowed to carry luggage according to international standards.

If your international flight has a connecting domestic flight then the allowance for domestic travel could be 15kg. Ex. you are travelling Kolkata to New York via Mumbai. Kolkata to Mumbai, the luggage allowance could be 15kg and Mumbai to New York could be 46kg or 30kg.

23kg in one suitcase is standard. It's your wish you want to pack 15kg each or 23x7 that's completely your choice. But if you ask me I would say 15x15 will be better if you think about carrying that suitcase at any point of your travel.

Your airlines will confirm the boarding pass. It won't be a problem. Ask the ticketing officer at the airport when you get your first boarding pass. Also if your airline offers a lounge at the airport, tho can enjoy the lounge facility during the layover or can book a hotel inside the airport for a night stay.

20+10 kg should be your check-in luggage and not your carry-on. For hand luggage, you can carry another 7kg +1 laptop bag. The best it is to keep the total weight of hand luggage within 7kg.

I am a student and I will be traveling to UK from India. I have booked a codeshare flight where the first airline is Indigo, layover at Doha and then the second airline is Qatar. My ticket says I'm allowed 30kg check-in and 7kg cabin. Does this 7kg include the laptop bag or can I carry a cabin luggage bag + laptop bag? Also how much will I be charged if I have 10kg extra luggage with me? As you mentioned in another comment that students are allowed free 10kg luggage. Does this policy hold for Codeshare flights?
1. 7kg carry-on luggage means you can take a cabin luggage + a personal item such as a laptop bag or a purse. Bothe combined weight should not exceed 7kg.
2. The indigo student offer is valid in domestic flights only as per my knowledge. Please confirm with your airlines provider about the extra luggage charges. Also you can book extra luggage if needed beforehand. In that way, you can get some discount.

Hi, My wife start in the UK to Delhi (with Virgin) and then travel inside India before going from Joly Grant airport to Delhi then to Goa with Indigo. After some time on the beach I return to Dehli with Indigo then back to the UK with Virgin, Therefore 3x internal flights with Indigo.

International flight me agar aapko 30 kg allow kiya jata hai, then ek suitcase cannot be more than 23 kg. Agar aapke pass 30kg ka saman hai for check-in then you need 2 suitcases, otherwise not. Other 7 kg hand luggage is separate. If you don't want to carry hand luggage it's your choice.
