January 27th was the last time Randle played. Three months Knicks has been working hard.
Very rare to see someone complimenting the Knicks and giving them credit. It’s been mostly hate for this team who is injured yet doing what seems like the impossible. You’d think more people would root for this kind of underdog and not hate on it.

The NY Nova boys living the dream. Won multiple NCAA chips together, now starting on a NBA team with your boys you came of age with. Making the playoffs, making millions, all of NY behind you, you their favorite team in 30 years.
Jalen Brunson has the most balls of any player I’ve seen to actually go to NY and do what nobody else has had the balls to do, deal with the pressure, perform under the pressure and carry the franchise. It’s all about a mindset and it’s clear most of the other superstars clearly don’t have the same mentality or heart. Cough cough KD. Cough cough 😷
It also helps he has alot of help and a coaching staff that believes in him.

The Knicks are successful because they play all out all the time, play team ball and have clutch players who excel in crunch time. Three of them were coached by Jay Wright at Villanova. They were winners in college and their winning mentality has carried over to the pros.
He’s father played for the Knicks , Jalen went to nova which means they were in tri state games alot .. hes basically home and knows the ins and outs of tri state pressure and expectations.. and oh yeah hes got the talent to back it up.. its a perfect combo of he ain’t worried about the big pressure I am home ..

Julius Randle has been out for the season with an injury about 4 months now since the end of January 2024. Btw, Josh Hart has been playing with the same type of intensity and rebounding dominance even when Julius Randlew was healthy.

Josh hart earned his contract last years post season, this season he started off playing about 10 minutes a game, I was confused about the lack of playing time, or why Knicks even signed the guy if they weren’t going to use him, that’s all changed in the last couple months.
