Many trainers, including gym leaders and regular trainers, will build their strategies around weather conditions. I find it necessary to create multiple teams to counter them if I want a chance to defeat them at all.

It's a rom hack of pokemon fire red. You should get the "Squirrels" rom of fire red (that's just what they call it). Then look up the most recent patch of the hack, then you can find a web applied for the patch. Literally look up "pokemon online rom patcher."

@Josh-kp5bc just use a pokemon to remove the weather.
Either use your own weather condition like rain to remove it against fire and ground
I use Meowscarada because I cannot play Gen 9 yet but i have no idea it is the best starter ever to use
It's even better in radical red as protean isn't nerfed
