Great animation, but Shadow knows full well who Mephiles is. In fact, Shadow is probably more familar with Mephiles than anyone else. Against Sonic Mephiles only tries fighting and against Silver he only uses manipulation. Against Shadow, he uses both at different points in the story.

mephiles has to be one of the most creepiest villains out there in general, mephiles doesn't need anything to be scary to give fear to his enemies
