This shows how much Uraraka pays attention to Bakugo’s personality and his fighting skills. She knew bakugo wouldn’t want to be saved and that’s how Deku knew to use Kiri instead of himself. I know people think I’m crazy but they’re planting seeds!
That’s likely because of deku since we did see her act like him sometimes which makes sense due to how often they interact with each other and we see deku constantly analyze quirk users such as his classmates.
@Gigi I said it’s likely not that it is since it was mentioned she started developing izuku’s traits like how he analyzes a person’s powers, skills, and tactics. Also what about tsuyu we see her talking about bakugo’s main personality traits but that doesn’t mean we ship those two.
@Gigi again for Deku’s fighting style was because of analysis on tactics which deku has shown to usually do. Also izuku has noticed bakugo that he’s usually trust kirishima since that is his best friend but ochako didn’t mentioned that but he doesn’t say that too kaminari who also frequently interacted with bakugo. Also we barely saw ochako and bakugo have any special interaction and instead see them next to each other. Also she would have been also paying intention to deku’s fighting style to notice that. Also that calling her actual name is respect and not something being shipped with and if was then I have no reply because i’m not one of those people that keeps a list every single minor detail.
@Gigi key term is relationship with deku and bakugo has more experience with him so it would make sense asking for his advice. also there are over 100 characters in the show so noticing little marks of character development would sometimes be hard to follow. also if multiple people have shown to analyze people than why is it unique that ochako analyzed bakugo in the first place. also it doesn’t even matter we literally saw her falling in love with midoriya. also kacchan has shown to frequently use that fighting stance so it isn’t really that hard. also the classmates might have noticed but they haven’t stated it. also there’s a difference between love and respect. also he still shown to be angery with those two so it would still be hard to tell. So shut up kacchako shipper because we all know that uraraka is clearly in love with deku.
SPOLIERS FOR MANGA Bakugou sacrificed his own life for Deku, yall are really out here staying on season 1 of MHA and can't even see the character development he had. I'm not hating on kacchako but Bakugou has made a lot of improvement and I wont tolerate Bakugou slander. Bakugou trusts Deku and has even called him special. He admitted wrong for bulling Deku and got really worried for him while fighting Shigaraki. Of course this doesn't justify what Bakugou did in the past but Deku doesn't have a problem with it, and that's what matters.

It's a cute detail I noticed in the official arts: Bakugo tends to look away whenever Uraraka is near him. It's plausible to assume that he's annoyed. If you look really REALLY close at any my hero scenes or art by horikoshi you’ll notice that he puts them beside each other in group pictures and other things like that almost all the time
And sometimes they are in parallel positions with Midoriya and Asui. I think the reason I love the inversion is due to potentially better dynamics. Bakugo and Asui are strong-willed and brutally honest. Bakugo is more brutal though while Asui is rational. They aren't technically a pair, but I find them to be friends in the future than anything (Even though some believe that Horikoshi ships these two due to a few sketches, some merchandise, and a so called interview, (it may sound like any other ship, but clearly we don't see them interact so much, plus the interview in question I cannot find so it sounds unreal) Like brother and sister. Basically a relationship similar to Bakugo with Iida and Kendo with Monoma. However I think they end up being more caring when they are around the gentle/strong pair Bakugo to Uraraka and Asui to Midoriya. (Note this could be a two part commentary)
Bakugo definitely respects Uraraka in knowing that she is strong. Uraraka understands his sense of pride. In an omake, she gently confronts Bakugo about his hatred against Midoriya. She guesses the reason is due to Bakugo's fears of Deku's potential and thus tries to distance himself from him. She even mentioned at one point about "sensing his "baku-rage." He dismisses her claims yet he managed to gradually calm down... for a while. Then Deku shows up and he's back to his raging loathsome self. However, in Chapter 284, Bakugo opens up to all might about his thoughts about Deku. He admits that Midoriya trying to help him back in childhood was him realizing his potential and discovering his own weakness. Afraid of his weakness Bakugo starts to bully Midoriya all the way to them attending U.A, along with distancing himself due to Deku getting stronger through the school year. And in Chapter 322, Bakugo finally opens up to Midoriya and apologizes to him. Even without shipping Bakugo and Uraraka, she was practically right about Bakugo's reason for his rage against Midoriya. Even so, in a way he could think in his head, "You know what, she's right." It may show how much he respects and likely admires her in a deep level. Thus, I can see Bakugo being gentle around Uraraka in a similar fashion to his parents.
@@thomaselliott5347 and in some rare occasions, just like Bakugo preparing the meal in the Forest Arc, Ochako said "Woah Bakugo, you're so good with the knife, it's weird". Kaminari later stated that Bakugo "did not" start exploding when he was with Uraraka, like a bomb was ironically defused. It was weird that him being so genuine at many things, that even Hagakure said "Shocking" he yells, but with Uraraka, he just indirect his speech, like it was weird enough that he doesn't refers her but refers somebody else in a speech "Why are people be bad at everything?". Kinda reminds me of Toga who is also good with a knife, both techniques and strength. Not to mention, when she calls someone to come with her because of the missing child, Bakugo replies directly like he knew she was referring at him since he didn't do any work at that time. But what is weird is that... How... How did he knew she was referring on him WHILE LITERALLY READING A FRICKING BOOK? Is he that really conscious of her actions? Like he just knew... I am very curious of why did that little weirdness of Bakugo was appearing when he somehow interacts with Uraraka...
@@thomaselliott5347 I did have few weird things to Bakugo's reaction when he was with Uraraka: 1. In the MHA: Team Up Missions Chapter 0 where him, Uraraka and Deku were teaming up. Bakugo didn't try to kill Deku at that time in their team up moments, but was having a huge teamwork in efforts, no calls, no curses, not even nicknames, just pure and iconic team-up, but on other team up missions, he was hella chaotic. It was weird because why did he restrain himself? I mean Mirko did note that Midorya didn't do anything, like he is more serious when he was teaming up with Uraraka just like how he notes himself that he can't yell to Deku of how much of an idiot he was because All Might was there as well... Weird right? 2. In the MHA: Smash, where Bakugo become bishounen because of a quirk. It was weird to connote that even he shows his own colors to Uraraka even with a curse of being bishounen in which he was speaking nonsense. If you may have noticed in that area, which is Full Moon Uraraka, the context or speech bubble where he talks about Uraraka saying "Jer' not Full Moon on the Plain View of the Sun, Fly Away" in which Uraraka laughs, the bubble was spiky and thick, and compare it to others like Kirishima (where he talks about him capturing his heart), Momo (where he would also die in hell together with her and he died), and Deku (Where even he talk about him and Deku's delightfulness as he broke Deku's back). None of them did have a rigid, spiky text bubble, which is truly not the real him, but the quirk that makes him speak about it. This is notable since he talk about he hates being like this. I just don't know as well, but I was just following his emotions, but this was just an observation because MHA: Smash! is not entirely canon. 3. Some of their interaction became more weirder the more Uraraka became stronger and more grounded she was, this is notable to how she was getting stronger, Bakugo became more aware of her... I don't know why but it was very weird of him to be just like that, but it was just my headcanons...

I gotta say this cause I wanna put my headcanon out there but I feel like maybe bakugou will start to develop feelings for uraraka for his character growth sometime later. At the end of their fight in the sports festival, there is a shot of urarakas burnt jacket they show which frankly kinda makes me think why they decided to put that shot there. Possibly to hint that bakugou saw her strength and smarts since she used that jacket as a strategy to throw him off. Honestly besides deku and kirishima, uraraka is the only girl to really challenge bakugou and I wanna see more of their relationship. I want to see bakugou’s feelings really thrive with uraraka. I’m not too sure about uraraka’s side though since her crush on deku but we will seee.

Also izuku has noticed bakugo that he’s usually trust kirishima since that is his best friend but ochako didn’t mentioned that but he doesn’t say that too kaminari who also frequently interacted with bakugo. Also we barely saw ochako and bakugo have any special interaction and instead see them next to each other. Also she would have been also paying intention to deku’s fighting style to notice that. Also that calling her actual name is respect and not something being shipped with and if was then I have no reply because i’m not one of those people that keeps a list every single minor detail.

Bakugou trusts Deku and has even called him special. He admitted wrong for bulling Deku and got really worried for him while fighting Shigaraki.

If you look really REALLY close at any my hero scenes or art by horikoshi you’ll notice that he puts them beside each other in group pictures and other things like that almost all the time

I think the reason I love the inversion is due to potentially better dynamics.
Bakugo and Asui are strong-willed and brutally honest. Bakugo is more brutal though while Asui is rational.
They aren't technically a pair, but I find them to be friends in the future than anything (Even though some believe that Horikoshi ships these two due to a few sketches, some merchandise, and a so called interview, (it may sound like any other ship, but clearly we don't see them interact so much, plus the interview in question I cannot find so it sounds unreal) Like brother and sister. Basically a relationship similar to Bakugo with Iida and Kendo with Monoma.
However I think they end up being more caring when they are around the gentle/strong pair Bakugo to Uraraka and Asui to Midoriya. (Note this could be a two part commentary)
Bakugo definitely respects Uraraka in knowing that she is strong. Uraraka understands his sense of pride.
In an omake, she gently confronts Bakugo about his hatred against Midoriya. She guesses the reason is due to Bakugo's fears of Deku's potential and thus tries to distance himself from him. She even mentioned at one point about "sensing his "baku-rage." He dismisses her claims yet he managed to gradually calm down... for a while. Then Deku shows up and he's back to his raging loathsome self.
However, in Chapter 284, Bakugo opens up to all might about his thoughts about Deku. He admits that Midoriya trying to help him back in childhood was him realizing his potential and discovering his own weakness. Afraid of his weakness Bakugo starts to bully Midoriya all the way to them attending U.A, along with distancing himself due to Deku getting stronger through the school year. And in Chapter 322, Bakugo finally opens up to Midoriya and apologizes to him.
Even without shipping Bakugo and Uraraka, she was practically right about Bakugo's reason for his rage against Midoriya. Even so, in a way he could think in his head, "You know what, she's right." It may show how much he respects and likely admires her in a deep level.
Thus, I can see Bakugo being gentle around Uraraka in a similar fashion to his parents.
@@thomaselliott5347 and in some rare occasions, just like Bakugo preparing the meal in the Forest Arc, Ochako said "Woah Bakugo, you're so good with the knife, it's weird". Kaminari later stated that Bakugo "did not" start exploding when he was with Uraraka, like a bomb was ironically defused. It was weird that him being so genuine at many things, that even Hagakure said "Shocking" he yells, but with Uraraka, he just indirect his speech, like it was weird enough that he doesn't refers her but refers somebody else in a speech "Why are people be bad at everything?". Kinda reminds me of Toga who is also good with a knife, both techniques and strength.
Not to mention, when she calls someone to come with her because of the missing child, Bakugo replies directly like he knew she was referring at him since he didn't do any work at that time. But what is weird is that... How... How did he knew she was referring on him WHILE LITERALLY READING A FRICKING BOOK? Is he that really conscious of her actions? Like he just knew...
I am very curious of why did that little weirdness of Bakugo was appearing when he somehow interacts with Uraraka...
@@thomaselliott5347 I did have few weird things to Bakugo's reaction when he was with Uraraka:
1. In the MHA: Team Up Missions Chapter 0 where him, Uraraka and Deku were teaming up. Bakugo didn't try to kill Deku at that time in their team up moments, but was having a huge teamwork in efforts, no calls, no curses, not even nicknames, just pure and iconic team-up, but on other team up missions, he was hella chaotic. It was weird because why did he restrain himself? I mean Mirko did note that Midorya didn't do anything, like he is more serious when he was teaming up with Uraraka just like how he notes himself that he can't yell to Deku of how much of an idiot he was because All Might was there as well... Weird right?
2. In the MHA: Smash, where Bakugo become bishounen because of a quirk. It was weird to connote that even he shows his own colors to Uraraka even with a curse of being bishounen in which he was speaking nonsense. If you may have noticed in that area, which is Full Moon Uraraka, the context or speech bubble where he talks about Uraraka saying "Jer' not Full Moon on the Plain View of the Sun, Fly Away" in which Uraraka laughs, the bubble was spiky and thick, and compare it to others like Kirishima (where he talks about him capturing his heart), Momo (where he would also die in hell together with her and he died), and Deku (Where even he talk about him and Deku's delightfulness as he broke Deku's back). None of them did have a rigid, spiky text bubble, which is truly not the real him, but the quirk that makes him speak about it. This is notable since he talk about he hates being like this. I just don't know as well, but I was just following his emotions, but this was just an observation because MHA: Smash! is not entirely canon.
3. Some of their interaction became more weirder the more Uraraka became stronger and more grounded she was, this is notable to how she was getting stronger, Bakugo became more aware of her...
I don't know why but it was very weird of him to be just like that, but it was just my headcanons...

I gotta say this cause I wanna put my headcanon out there but I feel like maybe bakugou will start to develop feelings for uraraka for his character growth sometime later. At the end of their fight in the sports festival, there is a shot of urarakas burnt jacket they show which frankly kinda makes me think why they decided to put that shot there. Possibly to hint that bakugou saw her strength and smarts since she used that jacket as a strategy to throw him off. Honestly besides deku and kirishima, uraraka is the only girl to really challenge bakugou and I wanna see more of their relationship. I want to see bakugou’s feelings really thrive with uraraka. I’m not too sure about uraraka’s side though since her crush on deku but we will seee.
I personally feel like Deku and Uraraka would get together but it wouldn’t last because he’s more focused on hero work. I headcanon that Bakugou would fall for her in their second year because they start to get closer. 🤷🏻♀️
right!! That same burnt jacket was on the chair after uraraka recovered from her fight. Also during the fight, why did they emphasize that scene when she was falling.. the look on baku’s face implied a shocking reaction like it was heart felt. I was hoping he could’ve said a brief few words to her like after their fight in private, or like passing in the hall saying “you were close” or “get stronger” while continuing walking.. kacchako would have officially been born with her looking on at his back as he drifted away😅🥺
