never understood the people who sleep on Church or underestimate his talent. dude is unmatched.
He's not signed and the music industry is governed by powerful corporations who try thier best to silence independent artists. If he signed he'd probably explode into the limelight but he'd be severely limited on what he can and can't say. That independent voice that says FU to the mainstream music industry would no longer exist. He'd have to kiss ass and parrot what the industry wants him to say which would cause him to lose many fans. He and many other independent artists know this and choose to maintain thier dignity and not sign.
The reason why he's not more popular is because he doesn't have access to particular forms of media. He will never be given awards for his music by the music industry no matter how popular he becomes. Independent artists are shunned by the mainstream. They can't even do collabs with famous signed artists. Upchurch has made other artists famous enough to where they could get signed which destroys any opportunities for Upchurch to collab with them again. Many of these people after getting signed try their best to distance themselves from Upchurch after getting signed.

Great reaction Simba! It's funny how there was probably 8-12 hours between the release of this video and Morgan's video. The significant part of that is that Morgan's video is exactly 1 second longer when the original song was in the 2 minute and a half range. That was a message.
They were probably an hour or two from releasing when Upchurch released his and they had to go back to the drawing board to extend the video to make it competitive with Upchurch's. It makes me laugh my ass off!
Church always Kills it on the remixes specially if he’s doing a rap remix like no one can match his level. I love chase Matthews in his voice it’s very deep very southern I’d love that what is the Tennessee Southern which is different from other southern deep voices
