A guy into metal who loves Skinny Puppy is definitely someone I could hang with. I was deep into thrash in the mid 80's until Skinny Puppy turned me. I never stopped listening to metal, but my priorities switched from ripping guitars to clanging metal & distorted synths overnight. I've seen Skinny Puppy 11 times but couldn't get to any shows on this tour. Thanks for filming and sharing Ogre's speech at the VIP. These guys have been a huge part of my life for most of my life!
Great video. I met Dre over a decade ago at Amoeba in Hollywood. He was ringing my purchase thru which included Last Rights double LP. He said "No need for the secret handshake!" He told me he used to live with cEvin. I 50/50 believed him or thought he was putting me on. A year or so later I saw him on stage during tne Weapon tour. I thought "Isnt that tbe guy from tne record store!" Glad you got to see Skinny Puppy live and get those goodies signed!
See the sequel to this video, “Skinny Puppy’s Final Brap in Los Angeles.” I bought Dre a record at Amoeba as a “thank you” for letting me in the shows! Super nice guy
Saw Skinny Puppy in Boston. They were fantastic. Met Paul too after the show and got a photo with him. An overall awesome night. Unfortunately had to leave before Puppy’s encore was over, but I saw them play Assimilate in full so I was happy.
This is such a great video! I appreciate how you chose to not only show highlights of the show but also all of the other details surrounding your magical epic journey. Your genuine excitement makes me smile & your gleeful hop after you'd gotten the news of being invited to the NYC shows is the best. I love sharing the excitement for the music we all love! Skinny Puppy has a fucking great community of people🖤
I met Paul after the show in Houston. I was like "dude, you rock! oMGz! i love your stuff, dood!" something along those lines. the usual fan dork stuff. he even gave me the much sought after fist bump.
Happy you enjoyed the show :D I went to see them April 25th and it was the best show I've ever seen. The energy was just there all around 🖤 every single song on the setlist is something I really wanted to hear and I couldn't stop dancing super intensely, very sore the next 2 days :P. And Matthew gave me a guitar pick at the end of the show. 5 seconds after I see Justin coming towards me handing me one of the drum sticks, that was amazing! In the crowd I met 2 ladies who were long time friends of Ogre and I got to hear fun stories of his younger years! They were both so nice! During soundcheck Ogre talked about starting to dream again when he was sick recently, after about 5-6 years without dreaming and it was just this amazing, wholesome thing! In Montreal it was Candle and Worlock at soundcheck too. I absolutely loved hearing it. I almost couldn't look at Ogre at first it was too emotional. And the highlight of my existence was Ogre recognising me when I walked up to him during vip! That was a 2 minutes talk but, it was amazing 🖤
Saw Nile and Suffocation 2 evenings back to back last week. These concert videos are very cool, please do more. Have to respect the dedication in pursuing those signatures :D
What’d they play for the encore? The songs I heard (from all nights) were: Gods Gift, Brap, Smothered Hope, Candle, Assimilate, and Deep Down Trauma Hounds.
@@KillbotAndGorGorAttack They played Brap, God's Gift (Maggot), Assimilate, Smothered Hope, Testure, and Candle in the second encore. Deep Down Trauma Hounds was moved to the main set to replace Love In Vein, which makes me slightly sad because I adore that song but DDTH is much more energetic especially with the added elements from the remix, so I understand the change.
I would LOVE a video about the Process. So many lifelong SP fans have negatively volatile reactions to that album. But I have much love for it. It was the first album of theirs I'd ever bought when it was new. It was the first SP album I'd ever listened to. It was their only album I'd owned or listened to for 4 years before I finally bought BRAP... it was the album that made me fall in love with them.
@@KillbotAndGorGorAttack You may be right. Those first wave SP fans tend to poop on it I think because of the implosion of the band at the time and Martin Atkins input on it. Same thing with "Rabies" because of Al Jorgensens stamp all over it. Those used to be 2 of my favorite. Not as much anymore, but they're not the bottom for me. Honestly, my least favorite is probably Last Rights. Yet I'll never part with my own signed copy of the remastered vinyl I purchased on the Insolvency tour new for like 65 bucks. Awesome that Ogre remembered your video. That was the first video I ever saw of yours.
THE PROCESS... IS (Y)OURS!!! It's my favorite Puppy album, but it's probable I have emotional bias in its favor as it was the first Skuppy album I bought in high school🖤
I was at the Skinny Puppy show in Boston, like you I listened to them for years and was waiting to finally see them and it did not disappoint. I was in NY the weekend before to see Depeche Mode. Definitely one of the best weeks of my life!
Aw man, I've been following you since the Last Rights video and I would have loved to have met you in Boston. Audience of nearly five thousand went insane right after Ogre came out, instant mosh pits as well as crowd surfing, and it didn't settle down until Candle, which was their last encore song, by then they were finally tuckered out. My wife had never seen them, let alone heard them before, and she's more of a Mumford and Sons kind of person, but as soon as VX Gas Attack properly started she looked at me with a wide eyed, ear to ear smile. She was dancing the whole time! Seeing them alone would have been one thing, but sharing it with her made it twice as amazing. I will never forget that night, it was so special! Thank you for this video, it brought me right back, and you really did the band justice... again!
Very cool! Seeing Skinny Puppy 2 times back to back. That happened with me and Korn/Evenesance. They were in Pryor, OK for Rocklahoma 2022 and then when that was done they were at the Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas, TX. Great both times!
Saw them the other night. While it can't compare to their late 80s, early 90s shows, it was still great to see them again, and their sound was better than ever. It was so good that I thought Ogre might be using backing vocals, but eventually I realized he was just that damn good. I found out about the tour through your post when it was first announced, so thank you for that one. I met Barker at his merch table after the show. He was all class, and he signed my original Ministry 'Mind' tour shirt, which is hanging on by a thread. It's time to retire that one.*************oh! And the pilgrimage to Peter Steele's grave is a must! Good lad!
Super glad you had a good time. My own Skinny Puppy memories are still Blown 🤯 Skinny Puppy will be motivating the inner ear for the rest of my days. 🔉🔈🔊
I waited for my turn in Seattle, great videos dude. Lead Into Gold, was an atmosphere of loudness that had such heavy synth bass I've ever felt. I could feel my clothing vibrate on my body. Josh was a funny dude, Casio keyboard and his blank stare motionless was priceless. You could tell he is a funny dude. Paul Barker on Bass and Guitar was really cool to see/hear. My daughter has done the typical big rock shows with her mom, so she said this was the best show she has seen. We got front row near Mathew. At the end they handed out a like a art paint box, opened up the case and people could take these hand made looking medallion, she got one that is similar to a pentagram. The Seattle show was in the Paramount theater, couldn't be any more skinny puppy vibing place. His chair on set matched the decor. So awesome you got see them a bunch. My favorite a few years back was with Haujobb, YouthCode, FLA, and Skinny puppy tour. Just having Leeb and Ogre on stage together is going to be hard to top.
Saw them both in Portland and Seattle, the two final nights of the tour. Teared up a little bit during the photo op and had to have a little cry outside the venue afterwards; such a profoundly important band. Thank you so much for the video and sharing your experience!
I'm getting ready to see them at the Fillmore West in San Francisco on the 26th of November. I seen them twice so far back when they did the reunion show for "greater wrong" and the second album after that "mythmaker" I haven't seen a show in over 10 years this is going to be very, very anticipated for me! I can't express how excited I am.. BrAp oN!!¡!✋✌️
Damn, that’s awesome! I’m extremely pissed that I missed the Carcass tour, so whenever Skinny Puppy decides to announce west coast dates I’m gonna jump on it immediately for sure. Despite having 4 shows lined up in the next month. I’ve been listening to Skinny Puppy since early high school, I actually found your channel because I couldn’t find anyone else who had videos on them!
Why thank you! I wanna do more videos on them. And FLA… I suspect that when the West Coast dates are announced, it might be the final chances, so don’t take them lightly
@@KillbotAndGorGorAttack Looking forwards to any more videos about them you may do! And absolutely will not miss them if they come here. It will even be a hometown show for them so I can’t miss it
Skinny Puppy's done. This was their final tour. They have one more appearance at a festival in Las Vegas tomorrow night and it's over. Or maybe that's tonight. I better check.
@@russell_szabados Damn, I hope that’s not true. Their post with the tour dates said they were gonna announce West Coast dates soon, and I can’t imagine they’d skip out on Vancouver of all cities.
Thanks for this video! I was at the Charlotte show and it's cool to have the extra footage from the experience. I'm in line waiting to talk to the band in one of your shots, lol 🤘
@@KillbotAndGorGorAttack Yeah, I've seen them on two other tours (~2004 and ~2013) and this time around had the best setlist, in my opinion. Getting to talk to the band was awesome!
Dude!!!! You were the one that got me into Skinny Puppy!!!! Really like them but never got the opportunity to see them live so I’m living somewhat vicariously the experience with your video 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Awesome report man! Cheers from a kinda sad german who won’t see them anymore i guess. BUT: i have the memory of their reunion show 2000 over here when i was working at the Orkus goth mag. Puppy forever! Btw: wide range of musical taste! This is the way! 😊
Hey neighbor, didn't know you were from Raleigh! I was at those same two NC shows. I damn near spewed my beer in disbelief when I saw Paul Barker selling his own Lead Into Gold merch, and was quite happy to talk to fans! He's just such an incredibly calm and chill dude (which is kinda shocking given he spent over two decades being one of the two main songwriters (and bass player) for Ministry -- the counterpart to the, umm, 'different' personality that is Uncle Al Jourgensen). Side note, you were standing *right next to me* @14:21 in the video. (I think we chatted a bit before the show started). That's where I was for the first half of the show... After 6 or 7 songs, I couldn't handle cEvin's 18" dual subwoofers blasting my chest apart anymore, and moved over to the left side (and closer to the beer taps! ). P.S. I know it was before your time, but you would have loved the the Fallout Shelter club in Raleigh which was around from ~1986 to ~1995. They had twice weekly Industrial / Goth dance nights, and is where I hung out as a regular in my teens and early 20s. I was in one of the (very few) local industrial bands in the early to mid 90s that played shows in the Raleigh & Chapel Hill area. We were *heavily* influenced by Puppy - even down to our stage show with animatronic robots/surgeons in gas masks spewing fake blood on stage, a dozen monitors playing various horror / shock-style animal rights videos, etc... We definitely crossed the border on "Skinny Puppy style" copyright infringement! (Although we played all our own songs, no covers)
The guy who DJs at the Fallout Shelter messaged me after I uploaded this! Such amazing shows. I’m getting ready to see the four in LA soon. Extremely excited. But yeah, small world!
Dude! You f'ing rock! discovered SP 37 years ago & even interviewed OGHR once for my old cable access show (best interview ever except for Thrill Kill Cult.) Glad I started watching you a few years back. Can't believe you visited Peter's grave, so cool! Love what you do! Ordering a patch 😁
Another great video and a great story. You should definitely consider doing video journals like this for more concerts. Really like the vibe of Asheville, as an aside, might try to check that town out next time I pass through North Carolina.
Nice job with the vid, thanks for cataloging the tour nicely. Philly was killer, recorded the whole show & uploaded it. Have collected over a hundred Skinny Puppy recordings from all eras of their history & have uploaded a bunch already. Mostly the Bites, Remission, MTPI, & CF&M tours so far. Suppose Weapon will likely be their last album too. Quite the mic drop IYAM.
This video was a trip and a half, I can't imagine having such an oportunity to not just see them twice but four times and in the guestlist and getting their autographs personally. This also was a fun watch especially after the Fort Lauderdale show was cancelled cause of rain (they even talk about that in the VIP in NC), so to see what the experience was for you makes up for the absolute bummer of that day. Same audience like you mentioned, just people of all ages gathering to see SkiPu again or for the first time Amazing video
Thank you!! Yeah I feel bad for people who were looking forward to that. A LiveNation venue should be on top of upkeep for their venues, a shame they weren’t that day.
Thank you for this video, made me experience a little bit of the show when I'm not able to be there myself..too far away from Singapore. My favorite parts of the video were you chatting up with Paul Barker and the SP soundcheck. Digging those posters!
Very nice to meet you in the VIP line and great job with your channel. I am in your vid and so excited to be. Thanks for all you do especially with your Skinny Puppy stuff.
Amazing journey! I REALLY want to see the last stop of this tour here in Seattle. Unfortunately, it’s in the middle of the week and my work schedule prohibits it (damn 2am alarm!). But, with videos here on RUclips, I get to see them vicariously. I know it’s nowhere near the actual live experience, but it’ll have to do (Rivers reference there)😉. Your video in particular goes leaps and bounds further! So glad you were able to have such an awesome experience with the band and crew!
This is awesome! What great adventure you had :) I've been a fan since about 86, I've seen them almost every time they've been to Toronto, Ontario (Canada) and I still get as excited for their shows as I did in the beginning. I also hope this won't really be their last tour, but hey, none of us are in our 20's anymore. LOL. Thanks for this upload. Safe journeys to you! Cheers! ~ Jane
Great story and thank you. I've been a Puppy freak from the start and I have to say the best show I've seen from them was the Last rites tour. The show left me speechless and gasping for more. The second time I saw the last rites show I had some LSD given to me without my knowledge. This took the show to a new level as not was I only seeing the show but it felt as if we were all in the show. Knowing this or not you are now part of their history and thats beyond cool. Love what you do , take care and stay safe please.
Long time fan here. Been listening to SP since 1990 (when Too Dark Park came out). Dude this is a great video! Thank you so much for sharing this adventure with us. That was cool that you went to Peter Steeles grave too. Subscribed 🤘🤘
Honestly killbot you are the reason I decided to check out skinny puppy and give them a chance. And I’ll be honest, although they aren’t my favorite band I still enjoy h tho em music and appreciate the art they produce for those who will listen. I’m glad you got to see them on their last tour and got your posters signed by the entire band. Keep doing what you do and living life to its fullest! United we are….through the power of metal!!!! I must also add you are the reason i found the gnarly band (says in graven voice) Ghoullll. If it weren’t for you introducing them to me with your poster I would have never known to pick up their live album on vinyl yesterday when I went to a local surprisingly fair priced record store
Saw Skinny Puppy the same night you uploaded this. Beyond incredible! Took my boyfriend with me, and while it's late into the game, I think I made a new fan out of him!
Love the video! That's awesome that you were able to get your poster signed by everyone! I can see myself in a few of your NYC shots. I've been lucky enough to see probably about 100 SP and side project shows. It's very sad that this is the last tour but what a way to go out. This tour was amazing despite all the issues and injuries they have had.
This video is epic You are one lucky dude the shows and traveling to the different city's and mostly being recognized by skinny puppy and getting to see them four times i didn't even have a chance to get Tix for Portland Oregon they sold out before I could even think about buying them uggggh....anyways love the vid I definitely lived vicariously through you with this video thanks🤘
Awesome video man! I've been into SP since I was 14 ('89) and had the pleasure to see them at the House of Blues in New Orleans (my hometown) for the Greater Wrong of the Right tour! I had a chance to see them in '92 for Last Rights, but plans fell through unfortunately. VIVIsectVI is my all-time favorite album :D
Good getting the geek on with listing NY bands on the bus. Not sure I have enough chat for this good video. One thing that is coming up is I am wishing for a rubber stamper with that SP Logo I can stamp on stuff. I hope one exists as I've wanted one for decades... Etsy maybe? Glad the sound system was so good, it bleeds in through this presentation, eh! Trippy that divider on the stage that looks to come from a classic hospital room. Fits the band decor in many ways, I feel.
What an epic journey, so happy for you!! I sadly couldn't make it to the NYC shows, looks like I missed amazing nights. So stoked for you for getting all the autographs!
Great video mate. I as well traveled to see SP for this last tour. Birmingham, AL to New Orleans, by way of Amtrak train. 9 hour journey, but it was also well worth it, and an overall good time/experience. Paul Barker was at the merch booth in NOLA before the show started. I thanked him for all that he added to Ministry, as it is plain and sometimes painful to see/hear with any album after AnimositiSomina. The dude has always been friendly to me, super chap. Ohgr sounded overall around 7/10, had very good energy though, thanked the audience during the encore for many years of support. Ended the show with Candle, but they fucked up the song before it which i think was vx gas attack. Ohgr introduced candle, but candle sample didnt start up lol.
Such an amazing video. I almost bought tickets to see skinny puppy in Minneapolis on the 1st, but I’m 3 hours north at college and have an exam the next day and don’t have reliable transportation back, so sadly have to miss. Seems like an amazing tour
@@bschuler6216 I remember during the set looking around and thinking, " WHERE IS EVERYONE? DON'T THEY KNOW THIS IS SKINNY F'ing PUPPY?" ... Since that show I have seen them 9 other times. I feel Skinny Puppy paved the way for the whole "Industrial" movement that development shortly after the show I saw. I was lucky enough to see all of the bands connected to that scene. I STILL HAVE ALL OF THE T-SHIRTS I BOUGHT! LOL
I appreciate your dedication. You're pretty rad. I just saw SP im cleveland, it was a great show. As a drummer I wanted to dive through the crowd when they threw a stick after the encore.
You inspired me to make sure I got Skinny Puppy tickets in a previous video...seeing them soon and Molchat Doma a couple days later...no metal this time. But pumped nonetheless! Also love how this is also part travel vlog as well
I just went to Skinny Puppy in Portland my friend I went with got Matthew Setzer to sign her Oregon State Hospital business card and I got Paul Barkers signature on a receipt plus each of the 4 cds I bought of his Lead into Gold project. I've seen Ministry twice in my younger years with them being my first concert at the Salem armory in 94 or 95?
Another awesome video. So amazing to complete your posters. I can't fathom how crazy expensive that Uber ride was to East Farmingdale. Really cool to see my neighborhood on channels I follow. I hope you had a great time in NY. To add to your list on the bus: Dream Theater, Crumbsuckers, Sworn Enemy, Agnostic Front, Internal Bleeding, Pyrexia.
Why thank you! It was pricy, but I didn’t wanna get stuck on trains, be around potentially dangerous people, or have to stop at a million places first. It’s just money in the end, I knew I wouldn’t get another chance for a long time to see the grave.
I'm curious about cEvin mentioning the live radio sample at the end of Warlock. What happened? It would seriously be a trip if it were a Skinny Puppy song on live radio that he happened upon randomly!
Basically the radio is tuned to the city’s local station, with effects thrown on it so whatever’s playing is mostly unidentifiable. A trick they’ve been doing since the beginning (see also, his making of the Too Dark Park album. Has a LOT of unidentifiable radio samples). Cool thing about it is that whatever sound comes from it is unique to each night!
I'll take the Carcass I Am Totally Still Rotten To The Gore shirt in XL and in the record shop i'll take that Master On the Seventh Day God Created... on CD and the new Obituary album on CD please :) \m/
Skinny Puppy fucking rulez!!!!! “Who taught the killing game Time's taught the killing game Herself No I taught the killing game first” Cheers bud, JC/Miami
Amazing video man! I saw Skinny Puppy on their philly date and got the vip too. I was worried they would cancel since Ohgr was sick but he just wasn't there for the vip meet and greet, a little disappointing but way better then if the show was canceled.
Thank you! People sent me pics of him from those couple shows, he looked like he was in bad shape. Last time I had a stomach virus, I felt like I got shot. Even worse when you’re on tour, I imagine.
36:22 oh shit the "meek baby/tweak baby" shirt! I used to have that t-shirt I miss it so much. I really want cEvin to reprint that shirt. I think the artwork was by "I braineater" BrAp oN!!¡!✋✌️

Saw them both in Portland and Seattle, the two final nights of the tour. Teared up a little bit during the photo op and had to have a little cry outside the venue afterwards; such a profoundly important band. Thank you so much for the video and sharing your experience!
Thank you for sharing, and for watching!
Great show, right?!
You can always travel
Awesome report man! Cheers from a kinda sad german who won’t see them anymore i guess. BUT: i have the memory of their reunion show 2000 over here when i was working at the Orkus goth mag. Puppy forever! Btw: wide range of musical taste! This is the way! 😊
Oh a goth mag! Yes!!
Silver Spring show was incredible! So cool we were both at the Fillmore, even if they were states away from each other 😅
Right lmao! And we have been to the one in Charlotte years back! Fillmore party 🎉
Got both of you in one comment, hehe
@@KillbotAndGorGorAttack Yep, that's DJ Steve! I know he was at one (maybe both) of the NC shows in April. Those LA shows will be great! Have fun!
Cable access, wow! I wonder if you have that taped anywhere.
Why thank you, glad you enjoy my stuff
My kid n I were at the Toronto show 🙃❤️🙃
This was an AWESOME video!!!
Thank you for sharing!
Another great video and a great story. You should definitely consider doing video journals like this for more concerts.
Really like the vibe of Asheville, as an aside, might try to check that town out next time I pass through North Carolina.
You should! The pinball museum was awesome
definitely worth a drive to go see, went to the first two shows myself neither was in my home town
Worked hard for those signatures, props
I love this band. I am watching all of the VIP footage because I snoozed on those tickets. I saw them live at their last show
Nice job with the vid, thanks for cataloging the tour nicely.
Thank you for watching!
Same audience like you mentioned, just people of all ages gathering to see SkiPu again or for the first time
Amazing video
Thank you!! Yeah I feel bad for people who were looking forward to that. A LiveNation venue should be on top of upkeep for their venues, a shame they weren’t that day.
The Silver Spring show was amazing
Friend of mine went to that!
Yes it certainly was! 🖤🖤🖤
It was! I was there and they were absolutely incredible!
Thank you for this video, made me experience a little bit of the show when I'm not able to be there myself..too far away from Singapore. My favorite parts of the video were you chatting up with Paul Barker and the SP soundcheck. Digging those posters!
That chat with Paul was a spur of the moment thing. Whole conv was 5 minutes and I chopped it down
Very nice to meet you in the VIP line and great job with your channel. I am in your vid and so excited to be. Thanks for all you do especially with your Skinny Puppy stuff.
Thank you! Was lovely meeting you as well
saw them on the charlotte date and i've been wanting to see them since i was like 11. man, i'm SO glad to have seen them at such a killer show
Saw you at the Charlotte show! Glad you enjoyed it!
Nitzer Ebb, “i saw you!!” Hehe
Are you in Raleigh? You mentioned it in the video. That's where I am.
Saw them at the Portland show last night. Amazing as always 🙂 I enjoyed it even more than when they came through with FLA on the eye vs. Spy tour.
Ooh fun!!
I was in a similar situation in the west where I have never seen SP live but I went to 2 shows - Salt Lake City & Boise. Fantastic experience!
Thank you! Maybe your boss can do you a favor, not too late to ask
Cheers! ~ Jane
Gracias! Sounds like fun.. yeah they’re all at different stages in life
Great story and thank you.
Thank you :) yeah, a real treasure of a band
dude, such a killer video!!! i love these vlogs/ longer videos!keep it up dude!!
Ask and you shall receive!
Why thank you! They have the live DVD available on their Bandcamp page in limited amounts. Worth looking into
Saw Skinny Puppy the same night you uploaded this.
Beyond incredible!
Took my boyfriend with me, and while it's late into the game, I think I made a new fan out of him!
Gracias!!
Awesome vid! Thanks mate. 🤟🙏
That is amazing… yeah I heard about the teeth incident. Ohgr can’t catch a break :(
This video is epic You are one lucky dude the shows and traveling to the different city's and mostly being recognized by skinny puppy and getting to see them four times i didn't even have a chance to get Tix for Portland Oregon they sold out before I could even think about buying them uggggh....anyways love the vid I definitely lived vicariously through you with this video thanks🤘
Thank you! That was the goal
Anyone notice at around 33:33 there's an orange Tombstone that says Peters on it Peter S .
Such great sound design with those albums
@@KillbotAndGorGorAttack agreed.
Favourite video of yours! Great job, dude! 🎉🎉🎉
Whoa..Seeing Skinny Puppy 4 times. I got meet Ogre in person back in 2014. I took a photo with him and also had him sign my 12 inch single of Dig It.
Amazing
Oh sounds wonderful… technical errors make a live show live
Very cool!, thank you
Great video! One of my favourite things to do is book multiple gigs in different cities over a few days and go exploring along the way! :D
Fun, right?
Such an amazing video. I almost bought tickets to see skinny puppy in Minneapolis on the 1st, but I’m 3 hours north at college and have an exam the next day and don’t have reliable transportation back, so sadly have to miss. Seems like an amazing tour
Can always drink a monster the morning of the exam
MY HEART
First time I saw them was in 1986 during the Mind Perpetual Intercourse tour for $7.00 ... There were maybe 20 people there. Amazing show.
Sounds like it
I'm green with envy 😂
@@bschuler6216 I remember during the set looking around and thinking, " WHERE IS EVERYONE? DON'T THEY KNOW THIS IS SKINNY F'ing PUPPY?" ... Since that show I have seen them 9 other times. I feel Skinny Puppy paved the way for the whole "Industrial" movement that development shortly after the show I saw. I was lucky enough to see all of the bands connected to that scene. I STILL HAVE ALL OF THE T-SHIRTS I BOUGHT! LOL
What an amazing experience and for an amazing band. Congrats!
I appreciate your dedication. You're pretty rad.
I just saw SP im cleveland, it was a great show. As a drummer I wanted to dive through the crowd when they threw a stick after the encore.
Wanted to make Cleveland, NY worked out better anyway. Glad you had fun!
This video brought me so much joy to watch.
Happy to hear!
You inspired me to make sure I got Skinny Puppy tickets in a previous video...seeing them soon and Molchat Doma a couple days later...no metal this time. But pumped nonetheless! Also love how this is also part travel vlog as well
Thank you much! You enjoy the show
I just went to Skinny Puppy in Portland my friend I went with got Matthew Setzer to sign her Oregon State Hospital business card and I got Paul Barkers signature on a receipt plus each of the 4 cds I bought of his Lead into Gold project. I've seen Ministry twice in my younger years with them being my first concert at the Salem armory in 94 or 95?
Oh lovely!
Friday the 14th shhh almost😆🤘🤘🤘🤘
Saw them in SLC. They did not disappoint.
Damn, it took me 20 years to see Skinny Puppy 5 times. You nearly caught up in one video.
Nice work.
Congrats on those signatures.
Nuclear Assault, Carnivore, Demolition Hammer, Biohazard, Sick Of It All, Cro-Mags & Bobby Gustafson from golden era OverKill.
You are so lucky to see Skinny Puppy 4 times on the final tour. Our show in Ft. Lauderdale was cancelled due to the roof leaking onto the stage.
Awesome video! Well done. Now I’m really looking forward to a video about The Process 😁
Great journey. Great video. Great job. \m/
Giving love to B's BBQ haha! Love to see it!
The greatest!
NYC....GUEST LIST....NOICE!
👍
Beautiful video
Great vid man. U always make it like we went as well
That’s the idea!
@@KillbotAndGorGorAttack bro im so happy they invited u back bro. What else can a fan ask for
I'm curious about cEvin mentioning the live radio sample at the end of Warlock.
Wish they would tour Australia!
Skinny Puppy fucking rulez!!!!! “Who taught the killing game
Time's taught the killing game
Herself
No
I taught the killing game first”
Cheers bud, JC/Miami
So good
Amazing video man!
That Lead into Gold album you bought, Sun behind the Sun is an incredible album. that might be the best industrial album in the last 20 years.
I love the title track, imagine it playing when a sci-fi villain appears in a final battle
You have great taste in music.
New sub.
🙋♂️
Cool video
Have you ever heard of the band deathspell omega
Carcass was part of my first death metal show too. It was Cattle decapitation, Obituary, Carcass and Amon Amarth all in one night
saw last rights tour,dallas,tx 1992
listening over 20 years
When nothing is true, anything is possible.
36:22 oh shit the "meek baby/tweak baby" shirt! I used to have that t-shirt I miss it so much. I really want cEvin to reprint that shirt. I think the artwork was by "I braineater" BrAp oN!!¡!✋✌️
Looked for ya at the Charlotte* show but didn’t see you there! Anyways it was my second time seeing SP, I saw once them in 2007. Have met Ogre a couple times as well and have photos and autographs. Skinny Puppy is my favorite band. But hey did they play The Choke in Charlotte? It says it’s on the set list but I don’t remember hearing it!
They did, but it took a minute to recognize it because that sound system kinda stunk
Yeah, they played The Choke in NYC too.
@@KillbotAndGorGorAttack Lead Into Gold certainly needed to be louder
Nice!!!
