This is a well-maintained, beautiful boat that I could live in. I give you props for maintaining it so well it’s really God all the bells and whistles and I’m certain it’s sold by now.
You’re a very thorough narrator and most of the other houseboat salesman just play music and don’t say anything. I’m telling you I’m drawn to these videos and these houseboats because you illustrate all that there and what we’re looking at and you show it in a 360 continuous video that never stops doesn’t cut screen. That’s a big deal. You’re doing a great thing here, I appreciate it. I’m continuously looking for my new listings rather than the boat broker or any other house salesman I was told it would cost $185-$200,000 to ship a boat to California and my heart sunk I was highly disappointed. I understand it’s a long way however I don’t understand why California doesn’t have a custom houseboat factory for these lakes. I appreciate you, Mr. McConaughey lol I’m not your name but you’re a great narrator and I appreciate the accuracy of what you tell us.
I must say your video tours are superior to any other houseboat tours. They all play music and they cut so they they cut the video and splice and edit it in a way that you get lost and I have to go back and try to actually wonder what I’m looking at youcontinuously video in 360 with narration I commend you, sir. This is excellent. It’s why I’m constantly looking at your boats.
