Smashed burgers are awesome. I found this type of burger a year ago and did it VERY often! Even better is the smashed onion burger (e.g. watch?v=lo8GVZkYEHE). Thank me later ;)

Leo started wearing the gloves because his hands got really dry because of washing and sanitizing them all of the time (even with loads of moisturizing hand cream)!! He washes his hands a lot while cooking so the gloves kinda help :)

Looks great! Most smash burger vids I see use 80% lean and 20% fat ground beef. Apparently the fat makes it a lot tastier :)
