Ok, everybody agrees we need a Gutter Ballet cover by BG right now??
Absofuckinglutely
I was thinking about that almost 15 years ago. I really thought that BG could do a fantastic cover of the song, and here we are after so many years, watching Hansi's favorites! 😁
Funny enough, someone introduced me to Blind Guardian, when I mentioned Savatage and I am still thankful for that.
Would be class seeing Hansi and Jon in a side gig.
No I am DYING to hear Hans singing Gutter Ballet!
It would be awesome but not sure he can hit the same high notes any more 😅
Oh, I bet he can... well, actually, I can't say that unless he proves it by recording it, right? 😉
savatage is an amazing band and they deserve more recognition!
I would love to hear you singing it!!!
I love Jon Oliva works too, great composer and powerful voice
BG needs to make a Gutter Bullet Cover.
Would be interesting to see that playlist grow.
Yeah, me too. I think it isn't big enough.
One of my all time favourite singers singing one of my all time favourite songs 😍 it would be glorious. Please Hansi, do it 😍
Gutter ballet is unspeakable. A firecracker!
One of my favorites as well!
Thank you Hansi, very cool.
Hell yeah, Gutter Ballet was the first metal song/album to add symphonic/orchestral elements to metal, and has done that brilliantly.
Also, glad to see Roads to Madness on the list. Best Queensrÿche song ever!
😍 i see you in leyends of rock!!
Nice to mention Savatage, one of the most interesting band in the 90.
Master Piece
OK now I understand the line 'I'll face the edge of thorns' in Thorn (Nightfall in Middle Earth).
That one was an obvious ode to Savatage. Another ode to Savatage in the same song is that absolutely beautiful piano part at 4:30 of the song.
@@BlindBosnian I didn't know that =)
“savatağz” sounds cool.
No Uriah Heep - The Wizard?
I thought this song would be in the playlist.
There are SO many songs that could fit in such a playlist. It's difficult! :)
