Basically it's about the inner struggle of being alive but not feeling like you are living , you are not wanting to commit but you are poisoned with depression. Even though you are depressed you try your best to stay positive but in reality you are barely holding on tired just always feeling like you are missing something. Hoping to find that thing you are missing but it's uncertain "holding on to smoke". Through it all fighting to tell yourself this isn't you.

Inferno Gaze you're entitled to your opinion. Even if it's the wrong opinion. Debuting #1 on billboard hard rock albums chart is nothing to sneeze at. Though overall it still didn't perform as well as Reincarnate. Voices, eternally yours, and soft are some of the best songs I've seen them perform live.
