Hey, really nice video! I think the reason you’re seeing more damage before it changes direction is bc the initial hit it counts as a melee hit and the snake damage it counts as a projectile. Since the projectile is homing and therefore much easier to hit multiple targets with quickly, the damage isn’t as high as the direct melee damage.

No sir, I have only epic. I checked frame by frame, it's doing high damage to not only one but multiple enemies before changing the direction.
