OMG! This is not the MEC (now MIT) which I passed out in 1970.
Where do you used to have hostels those days?
4th year (1968-69) we were in Old Hostel near Manipal Power Press. Old Hosted has been disbanded now. 5th year (1969-70) we were in D Block. I think one or two units were there when I visited Manipal in 2015. Manipal has changed beyond recognition.

Great job man, I studied here from 80 to 84 and it was a great place then too. Today it is a whole different thing, my daughter goes there and I have been very impressed with the campus. Excellent video.

@@garimaagarwal5054 don't worry, it is a good college with a great atmosphere. A lot of hard work is required in the studies, it will not be easy. But MIT students have done well.

@@GeneralSkywalker69 If you can afford good enough money and you are unable to get IITs,BITS,NITs or other top colleges, then MIT is a good option. MIT has really good placements for CSE and batch size is lesser than most other private college. So competition is lesser.
Other than that, You will hardly find any college with as good infrastructure as Manipal

Hey 5:10 wala student plaza is just for MIT students or students from other colleges of MAHE can also visit?
Han, however...They kind of check for student ID in the evenings. Only students are allowed.
So, Ideally, if you're a youngster you can visit the campus during the daytime and before 8PM (without ID checks) after that you have to enter only through the student plaza/KC where the check the ID of every student that enters.
Yes before gate time ie 9 pm
So come in anytime between 5am to 7pm
