i accidently stumbled into Wattie at rebellion once (2004?). he looked as surprised as i probably did. that millisecond i saw those eyes i knew who it was. i just tapped his shoulder and said sorry, it is OK and left. too bad i changed my Exploited tshirt that morning to something else because of the odour. i have been collecting The Exploited vinyl's since the 90's (it was the time I got a job and could afford to buy anything else than living). happy as FK i managed to buy the gold record award made for Secret Records (Punk's Not Dead LP, independent album of the year 1981) and Wattie confirmed it was legit on facebook before they permanently banned me FOREVER from their shitty platform. Wattie is a true legend and all the shit said about him is from the early 80's because he said what he did not like about a few other bands, this is is kindergarten sandbox stupidity that this is still an issue. Thank you Wattie and all the bandmembers that passed during time. a true punk band that will never be dead. once a punk always a punk.
When he was in Slovak republic at 2004 at Hodokvas festival and tried local speed before the show, he said it was the best stuff he ever had. Wish You best health Wattie, You are true legend.
