I just wanted to go to Disney to see simple plan, so I talked to a few guys, a lot of them were weird, something about his profile I was like screw it! Forget the small talk and told him “we’re going to Disney tonight!” And he said yes! 3 years now, we live together and own a house and have 3 cats lol. He told me he was just sitting on the couch wondering what he was going to do tonight, and I just fell into his lap! We didn’t have our first kiss until a month of seeing each other! Sometimes things just happen unexpectedly. While I was single I went out with my girlfriends, cried all most every night lol due to panic living by myself for once, and spent time with my family. Veronica, girl, I felt this whole vid. I just got my heart broke last week by a guy who never really understood me. My mom is also the Debby downer of most celebrations like when my sister announced she was pregnant she wasn’t happy, she just slapped her arm, which happened on my birthday. I did the same thing and went to Taco Bell and McDonald’s in the same day and ate in the parking lot. The first thing that came to my mind too was dating apps. Grindr and Tindr are fucking disgusting. With everything being closed, thank god I won’t be meeting anyone in bars or clubs. I was with my ex 8.5 years, engaged to be married, things ended after he was unfaithful, it sucks. Your going to go through the emotions and that’s okay, I wouldn’t even think about dating. Take this time to focus on you, cry, scream if you have to but you will be okay. Your always going to miss what you had and that’s okay too but you will be okay. Keep your chin up. I went through a break up before I lost 10 pounds because my body didn’t get hungry or stomach didn’t growl at all and I badly ate I didn’t feel or want to eat or drink and I threw up alot of blood and black I’m glad you were able to eat food helps alot people react differently but I never felt real sadness until then but we’re back together and happier and get along better then ever ❤

right now you need to focus on yourself and heal. i stayed single for 2 years and i was able to get back on my feet. I tried new hobbies and went out with friends. I also met new people. One day when i least expected it, I found someone so amazing I thought I was dreaming. We connected so well, we dated, and then made it official we were a couple. I realized one day that all the messed up things i went through with relationships was to prepare me to be the best version of me with him. sometimes you just need to go with the flow and things will fall into place. How to get over a break up:
1) Eat yummy food
2) Feel your feelings (sad music and crying included), and then let them go
3) Surround yourself with friends and family
4) Discover (or rediscover) things that you like to do
5) Do things on your own time and enjoy your own company....everyone feels alone at some point, but sometimes it's best to be alone and at PEACE.
Cut the person off completely, don't do anything petty/that you'll regret later (this feeling is already bad enough, why have future regrets), don't try to be friends with them (at least right away)

emotional eating, i do this, started after depression because it gave me a reason to leave the house and be near friends but now its been a crutch to be stay inside and in bed. The alternative is depression rather than full and depressed that would offer me a reason to pass out or take a nap, it still happens, but i am now more aware of my cycle and eating habits
