- Who is the Antichrist? Many Christians think it was Nero. Some think it's President Donald Trump or even Bill Gates. The Bible gives us all the identifying characteristics so that we can know for sure. The truth is, scripture reveals that the Antichrist would come from within the church. It calls the Antichrist the "son of perdition" just like Judas was called. A parallel that can't be missed. The Antichrist is a deceiver that seeks to take the place of God as written about in 2 Thessalonians 2:4 says. Does the world have a counterfeit Jesus? One who blasphemy's God and fulfills the prophecies of the Bible? Amen!! every day i learn more of how Satan tries to counterfeit God's work. God gave his power to his son. Jesus Satan that old dragon gave his power to the beast so that by worshiping the beast the son of perdition ,it is he who ultimately receives the worship. it is such a great deception. When we acknowledge Christ we also acknowledge the father. O how that old devil tries to sit in the place of God!

Hello Nora, Indeed there will be no secret rapture. The Protestant Reformation pointed directly at who the Anti-Christ power is. The Counter Reformation gave us the false teaching of the secret rapture. I truly believe in my heart and what the scriptures warn that according to Dan 12, Matt 24:29 and 2 Thess 2:1-12 the “man of sin” will come before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ who will come as the Wrath of the Lamb and The Day of the Lord!
The great tribulation is the wrath of Satan on the earth against Christians, against followers of Christ, against devout believers and against His Elect!
But when Jesus descends from Heaven with the shout of the Archangel of God and with the blast of the last trumpet, that will commence the Wrath of the Lamb of God!

The antichrist's name is "Chaos." At least that's how it sounds. In greek the characters are KKsS And according to Daniel 11, it's Ochus (Darius II). Every Acheamenid king fits the Daniel 11 prophecy to the T.

Something fascinating about the new covenant … Hebrews 8:10 “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” God wants to write His law on our hearts.
We are saved by grace. No one has ever been saved by their works. God has only and always had one way to save mankind "the everlasting gospel" Do we still have sin in the world today? How does the Bible define sin? It says sin is lawlessness, breaking God's law. 1 John 3:4 It's clear from the Bible, Matthew 1:21 that Jesus came to save us from sin and he intends to, with our cooperation remove sin from our lives. He intends to give us victory over every sin that besets us. He will not leave us in the same mess He found us in. It's unbiblical to think God saves us and then leaves us to stay in bondage to sin. So if I know that stealing is a sin and I refuse to stop where does that leave me? In rebellion. Rev. 3:5 is clear, "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…" A true saving relationship with Christ leads to a life of obedience to His commands and that includes His Ten Commandments. This is evidence of walking with Christ, not something we do to earn salvation. The Sabbath is a gift of resting in Christ, and the Bible gives us abundant evidence to pinpoint that day. The Scripture is also clear, there is another power that has attempted to change that day of rest and it will lead to a final choice for mankind in the end. Worship God according to His Commandments or Worship the beast on the day he has chosen.

If you believe it's pre-tribulation, besides Daniel 12:1, you can search the origins of dispensationalism. That's where that theory came from, and surprise...the papacy commissioned its own jezuits to create it for its own needs.
1Jn 2:18 "Little children, it is the last time: and as you have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time." According to the Bible and not the speculations of men, there were in the Apostle Johns day "many antichrists" which John said lets us know he along with his contemporaries were living in the last days of the Old Testament era.
1Jn 2:22 "Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denies the Father and the Son." That would be the Jews who were also contemporaries of the Apostle John. They believed God was their Father but they did not believe the child born in Bethlehem was the son of God.
1Jn_4:6 We are of God: he that knows God heareth us; he that is not of God does not hear us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
The real question is: Are you going to believe the Apostles doctrine concerning antichrist or are you going to continue to believe the false teaching that in the future an individual will show up and be THE antichrist. If you ditch the Apostles doctrine you are in error. Please hear John and close your ears to all the false assumptions and speculations.
