They went from the simplest form of the game possible to the most complicated in a day😂 I don’t want to have to worry about shit like bullet drop and leading my shots.
Skill issue
Sounds like you don't know how gun mechanics work. But it's alright with some practice you'll get used to it. I play Apex and COD so bullet drops and leading shots makes zero difference for me. This is a walk in the park. Already won 7 games.

Might be a hot take but i feel like they shouldve added the new updates in chunks like heals and mantling and then new weapons not just a barrage of things that make gameplay confusing and a while to adjust to but if they add it in chunks you can adjust/adapt easier

I hate the new movement this chapter. It feels like you’re walking in Loot Lake.
Its there way of nerfing building but ruins no builds
It's literally the exact same speed
I always hated SMGs like the Stinger and the Twin Mag because of how broken they were.
But I genuinely can't be mad at this SMG because of how much I love this season.
It's definetly in my top 3 seasons ever

The one thing I found out which I absolutely hate is when you go to cancel using a big pot, since youve already used some of it when you cancel it you lose it. Terrible.

I like this style video man ggs :)that mythic AR is so sick I love it. Tbh I love cods graphic/weapon design etc. the scopd are so pretty. But there is going to be a learning curve for sure. I HATE Warzone bc I can't kill anyone lmao but I love the design of the weapons
Keep playing and you will get better, no one starts out cracked out of their mind. A lot of ppl don't want to put in the time and effort to get good ( i'm not saying that's you). Behind a high kill game is a person who has had zero kill games

The slow walking is the same speed as the jogging speed that we’re use too. The only issue is that your character has a slow move animation so getting around corners is harder without getting shot

Honestly Fortnite is turning into COD
This map is awesome and most of the changes are really fun. One thing is the riot shield (this needs to be nerfed or at least they should not allow us to shoot a pistol while holding the riot shield).
About the movement: i liked it. I play on console and the movement that we had was really hard to keep the build pacing because of the input delay of console. Now is good and better. Also, people live in nostalgia and dint like changes, maybe this is why all the criticism. But, for me, a big W
Movement feels slow af, & no where near as fluid as the old movement. Even if it’s the same speed like people are saying, the animations they used, make it feel much slower. The old animations were far superior. I just hate how everything feels.
@@Brandon_N420you’re simply confused and can’t accept that the game is evolving. The game is free too btw, be grateful that they put so much effort into it. They’re trying to make it look and feel smoother, and they succeeded. You just hop on the hate-on-the-game bandwagon and refuse to adapt.

I really like chapter 5 so far. I’m not used to the movement yet and I’m not a fan of the locker system now but I’m sure I’ll get used to it all! I love the movement while healing and the weapons this season… the map is also awesome!

@@applebees__ it is not the same speed. My double edits are off my 90’s are off. My ramp rushes. They slowed down our base movement speed

Love the video! Do you think you could possibly make a video explaining everything new for OG players? There seems to be a lot of things that have been brought back from previous chapters that I genuinly don't understand. I love the game, but its frustrating not knowing anything.

@@RAM_C5 If you can't adapt to new things quickly it is due to a lack of skill
the more medallions you have the better the healing, but the area players can see on the map also gets smaller, if you have all 5 then you can see the exact location of the player

Something i found out the hard way is that the sword insta stuns the ballistic shield.
I love the fact that the ARs are projectile and not hit-scan. Takes more skill. I've been using DMRs since I started playing so I'm used to it.
True. I think the reason why they are projectile is because of the amount of damage they do is insane
@@emkay1705 Sure, these are the most powerful weapons yet so either they had to nerf their usability or we'd have matches where everyone dies within the first nine minutes.

Another way to counter the riot shield is the spread shotgun, close range and spraying the shotgun completely breaks faster

I miss how simple things were compared with last season and this season. I just feel like we’re back at side quest city and these side quests dictate everything about my game like where I’m landing, having to immediately fight a npc boss to get op stuff, farming gold so I’ll have everything I’ll ever need which also takes away the specialness that last season had and just og in general. I was watching jacks stream last night and I remember him stopping at a vending machine and bought a full stack of half pots because as he said because he can which I feel like is an other reason people liked OG because how hard it was to get everything and we’re back to getting fully set up in less then 5 minutes.

Rip, I was wrong, I thought the main island was back, but it's just a random chapter 5 location. Not the Loot Lake island. I was so excited too.
I wish you didn't get stunned with the shield. That's what made the lightsabers weak. Shield almost isn't worth it to carry. I mean, at least you get a weapon with that, but still. I wish its blocking was until it breaks.
Also, this season's pump sounds exactly like the OG pump when you "pump" it (pause), and when it finishes reloading. I love it.

The thunder burst smg has to be a bug but right now with that laser it’s 100% accurate and I love it
anyone else's fov feel a lot lower than normal? Its been going on for me for a few seasons. Is it a setting or no.
The crazy thing is that it's the highest dmg smg in the history of Fortnite and you can even do that while aiming (tried it a few times)
Season is like a 9.5/10 but 9/10 because of the movement, fire season tho! 🔥
The only new movement is the clambering up the side of player structures the new walking animation is the same speed as before
People who always panic against Shields
I wish the attachments wernt on ground loot and that in order to get them u have to go to the bench and equip them yourselves its stupid having a shotgun with a scope.

for people crying about SLOW WALK. the fix is in the movement settings, find the walk setting and turn it off.

what i love about courage is how made this season actually look kinda fun? almost gives a h1z1 vibe in no builds.
I won my first game on in the new season and was looking out for that new victory umbrella and i was deeply disappointed with it, it doesn't even fit the season

imagine ending a full piece prefire edit clip at walking speed.
I hate the side ways movement and the sreen moves differently the movement is realistic now and when u stop suddenly while walking ur feet will still move.
I have my own theory about The medallions. They should be useful in different ways. One regenerates shield,one gives you 20 ammo every 20 seconds till its maxed,one gives you the jump thing like the flowberrys. I mean just different stuff ya know
Edit: i knows the shield already regenerates but limit it to one certain medallion
2nd edit: only allow ppl to have one at a time too
