Your description of Leadership is so well-said. I've seen so many true leaders without a "title", without "authority".

Thanks it was wonderful. One thing that you need to focus on leadership is " Appreciate the team or individuals on good work, appreciate the colleagues on their achievements. Appreciation possesses no cost but has great worth for others

5:56 Ok, so a manager plans and budgets; organizes and allocates resources; controls and solves problems. 6:10 and only does what is his duty given to him by some higher power [paraphrase], WITHOUT using his MIND, without reason or passion?
These tasks can take an incredible amount of mind power that may require a dedicated person who is passionate about mission success, efficiency, and teamwork.
I think people really overvalue leadership to the detriment of the excellent value of others' contributions. People never change, that why leadership is both ancient and still relevant. On the other hand, systems, technologies, processes, and policies do and requires a lot of effort to be good at making modern life possible.
To the managers out there: Thank you for all the hard work. You're the good stuff in the middle, like the meat of a sandwich. Above the complainers and the less competent at the bottom and able to deal with the demands and dreams of the 'leaders' at the top. If I had it my way, we'd put the money in the hands of those that deserve it.

Difference in single line, can be managers are bent to follow rules mechanically to address execution part...on the other, leaders are above all for airing out some experimentable ideas for leading towards an unprecedented path...and it is somewhere found to be a syncless combination, creating space for 'scapegoat' to be only blamed fo failure.... Therefore, mutual existence of both in harmony, is a practical point to be discussed in detail.....

I like the presentation. Very thorough and detailed. I would recommend adding some examples in between your descriptions. I strongly urge you to change your attitude towards a leader being "Male" only! All your references to a Leader and Manager are "him or he!!" As you and I know, leadership skills knows no gender boundaries!! You are a perfect example of what I'm saying!
