    I worked in a building much like that one when it was new and the third floor was not built out yet. I was talking to a city building inspector on that empty floor and made a comment about steel frame office buildings. His response was that it was built to minimum standards. Seeing how easily this one comes down, makes me realize how on point his comment was.

    This building might just be the worst, most shoddily constructed commercial building I've had the pleasure of watching being demolished.

    Wow! He's really going to town on this one. But with that heavy shear and light weight construction it's not giving him much of a fight.
    Did they remove the insulating panels from the roof when they stripped out the inside? I can't see anything there but the corrugated metal and gravel. They trying to keep the waste stream clean of all that messy debris?

      It looks like they stripped the panels and the roof membrane. First time I have seen that done.
