I just put the same muffler on my 2015 V-Strom. I wanted to try it without the DB killer, so I took the rubber plug off the bottom, took out the screw, but couldn't get the DB killer out. It seems difficult to get out without bending the inside tube while trying. How did you get it out?

Sounds great indeed. Have you put this perforated circle on, in the front of the muffler?
no, i did not use the perforated circle, simply swapped them out and took the rear core out.

Correct, this video is without the DB. Never bothered to put it back in after I took it out.
