      yes in mod to severe PS it can increase TR PG . but mean doesn't change too much but still we will see consequences of RV strain (RV hypertrophy ) In Pulmonary Hypertension lecture I'll explain in details.

    in estimating mPAP by peak PR vel... some say add RAP while some say don't... sir what is correct
