Thank you so much! The grabbing technique is amazing for the polish foam and micro towel. This is the best video. I tried using plastic x, it didn't go well. So I actually used liquid cleaner wax and it worked better, I got meguaire plastic polish cleaner now, hope will bring good result like yours. Thanks so much
From memory, the Meguiar's Plastic Polish Cleaner does not contain the correct type or volume of abrasive technology to do actual plastic window correction. It's more of a topical chemical cleaner. I've had "some" luck with PlastX, but sometimes the abrasive technology used in PlastX leaves micro-marring behind. I have not tried the Meguiar's liquid cleaner/wax so cannot comment. The Dr. Beasley's NSP Primers do in fact work great for both flexible and rigid clear plastic windows. I think my plastic window on my Boxster could have reached its total life, it's very clear after my hardwork, but it has rain spot, and the window is only clear from certain viewing angle but standing far it looks perfect, but I am not getting the clean glass clarity.. and very strangely when the car goes into auto wash during water spray i get super clarity dunno why
Without seeing the window in person, it's a tick difficult to offer any help. One thing I know for sure, when polishing soft, flexible clear plastic windows, you really need the best in abrasive technology. Some automotive paint polishes will work, but some will leave the plastic looking hazy. This is due to the micro-marring from the abrasive technology.
