@@TheFounderSCPFJust can it bud! First of all most homeless came here to be homelessness, they need to be shipped back out don't pass go don't collect 200 dollars on the bus you go. One doesn't need to set a tent and a bunch of garbage ,stolen bikes and shopping carts up to be homeless. One can roll out a bed roll discreetly sleep wake up pack up and move along during the day. Plus there needs to be zero tolerance for the druggie bum lifestyle .

@@TheFounderSCPF 80% won’t go into a shelter. By their own choice. I know,, I’ve been having one on one conversations with them for 20 years bro. I’ve worked and lived in downtown Portland since forever. Nothing you can say to sway me when their own mouths tell my own ears. This isn’t my opinion. This is their words. Despite what you think of me I’m actually very friendly with the homeless. I even have some that I consider to be friends. Non the less,, your tax money and my tax money should not be being spent on public places that are now these people’s private residences. That’s called stealing.

It is not hard to clean up after yourself, and I am sick of cleaning the park/streets up after these degenerates. They might not choose to be homeless but they are choosing to live in filth and I have absolutely NO sympathy for people who choose to live in filth.

Why is it, when it comes to the "homeless" it's only about mental health or fentanyl? What about those who work, but can't afford an apartment? Did everyone forget what Covid did to the job industry? Homeless shelters are full of people who have mental health issues because of the meth and fentanyl. AND these people, get released from prison, sent out from California or Washington, and they get sent here. And those who are down on their luck, are now, forced to live in housing full of fresh criminals and drug users.
It will be interesting to see, what those "FEMA Camps" are going to be used for in the middle of the dessert, after the SCOTUS rules on this, "Criminalizing homeless."

It’s projected by the end of this year a near 150k will be homeless. We don’t even have close to that between jail cells and prison cells and since 2015 we still don’t have more than 3000 beds for the homeless. Do you see the issue yet or are you like all these other idiots that just keep repeating “why don’t they get a job.”
The issue is they’re not giving them a space to live, if you don’t have a secure square of land everything else gets thrown out the window. They’ve trampled on the 14th amendment for too long. The homeless are right… everyone deserves life, liberty, AND PROPERTY.
WE HAVE THE 14TH AMENDMENT FOR A REASON FOLKS.
