Sigh….. do some research. Batteries are horribly expensive and manufactures have been absorbing most of the repair costs. When 1 battery cell costs $3800 and a complete battery may have over 6 cells, and everybody knows all batteries have shelf lives.
And remember the systems generally become inactive if one cell fails. So you run into an issue when you have one bad cell today but what do you do when another one fails in 6 months. Pay the same labor to do it all over again.
You guys were sold a bad goods. It’s not what you think.
