We're our own enemy for not getting it together. We pour our all into our job to the point your coworkers thinks you should be the boss. Then you get a rate of 4 instead of 5 on evaluation for performance review. Now that's a wake up call!

There's so many people that watch my work ethics & wonder why I'm not the boss. Well anyway, I know my worth/value, so started studying for what I got my degree in, so I can move forward & double my salary for next year.
