I'm having trouble printing transparencies on this printer. Spent a day on the phone with Canon, Adobe, Apple, then Canon again and still no luck. I don't have the same options for papers and I'm wondering if this is an issue with using a mac. Any thoughts?
UPDATE: Now using “Photo Paper Pro Platinum”, Print quality “Custom” Quality: “fine” and using “Grayscale Printing”
If it wasn't for this video, I would have been up for most of the night trying to sort out the settings. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing!

I’m actually printing from a Mac laptop. Are you talking about the paper size? Or are you talking about the media type like the matte photo paper?
@@creativprintz matte photo paper doesn't come up as an option for me, maybe this is why It didn't work for me?
