for windowins 10.. search for powershell, start as admin type in: Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All
if you want to activate: Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All
starting it in the windows features cause sometimes issues and bluestacks will cry about Hyper V even if it shown turned off.
Only works fine if u use powershell to change. But that takes few min. Dont close until you get message if it turned off.
